I'm still not convinced WNL is ending yet, remember what Nisekoi did with Marika (that made everyone hate the series). It could go on for a good bit yet if every main girl gets their own arc.
Especially not with Yuuna also looking to be in its final arc (maybe?), I can't imagine WSJ would want both Yuuna and WNL ending about the same time with no new successful romcom to replace them (especially in their current state where they've only got 1 sports series left that may be in its final year, and the only gag manga are new at-risk ones). They need that genre variety right now.

The jump went a while without a gag until Mitama's debut.
So, I don't see any problem with jumping for a while without manga romcom.
It was that Yozakura was sold as a romcom, now that the manga is safe, for now, maybe he will start working in romance.
"Jump Square announces two sequel series! The We Never Learn sqeuel: "We Still Can't Learn", and the Yuuna-san Sequel: "Yuragi Sou no Yuuna-san: Blacker than Black".

Yozakura turning into a full romance right now would be a phenomenally bad move. It's been edging towards its battle based side for the last few chapters and doing well. Switching focus (again) now would be a bad idea IMO

It's almost graduation time in Japan right now. Give it 4-5 chapters to wrap things up and it'll end right around the week of graduation. Which is a fitting note to end the series on.
Four new series started in May-June 2019, two new series started in March 2019 before that and two new series started im August-September 2019 afterwards. Jump was definitely "moving" at that time you mentioned.
Has any of the other newbies first volume been pushed forward to? I don't think so. Either this has something to do with logistics aka it is easier/better/cheaper/whatever to push it forward or they want to strike the Iron while it is still hot and hope to get a good sale on the first volume if it comes out earlier.
UNDEAD UNLUCK, has the best FIGHT chapter...
I waiting this for so long... since HxH and Naruto most of the fight are just BRAINLESS brawl.
i hope its true UU had high demand and survived..
Yeah, like in Yozakura for example:
Bad guy 1: I got this power based on the color red.
Bad guy 2: I got this power based on the color blue.
Bad guy 3: I got this power based on the color yellow.
Good cool guy who's not the MC: I can step like a flower.
-one panel later-
Good cool guy who's not the MC: I win because flower step trumps color power.
Bad guys 1-3: S-so strong.
There is no impact because there is no sequence, there is no tension because there is no build-up. All you get, if you are lucky, is some power explanation and then the result of the "battle". You've seen that with some of the other newbies battle as well. UxU at least has battle sequences that leaves a punch to the readers eyes and due its build-up of battles it has a tension because the bad guys usually don't just get beat up and lose, they counter, do their own thing and actually try to win instead of looking cool.
WG's next chapter gonna be real important to me to see how the battle action will be actually handled as so far it has been a bit lack-luster.
In my eyes Neverland should never have been an "action" series where a bunch of kids change a world full of demons and put their society upside-down because reasons. I'd rather had seen a grim-dark series with the kids hiding, escaping, some dying, maybe if at all doing battles like ambushes where the favors are in their hands but right now it just feels like "guns kill demons easily". Like before they were superscary and even with the handicap of where to specifically kill a demon it just didnt matter because everyone is hitting that specific target like it's nothing. It would have been a much different series because right now the kids feel like a powerhouse when they are supposed to be just regular kids or at least most of them and that makes the series predictable and boring.
I can agree that Witch's Guardian feels like it's missing something. I can't place what that thing is exactly but I feel like I should be enjoying it a lot more I actually am, like the core ideas of the setting is something that would really appeal to me but the execution feels kind of lacking.
Mashle was fun parody shenanigans again however and Undead continues to have really cool powers and fights. Undead was something I thought I'd dislike too at first glance but of all the new series since Chainsawman, it's probably the one who's intro stuff I've enjoyed the most. Even if the main two's relationship is creepy.
WG has like all the right ingredients but it is like throwing them all into one pot boiling them at the same time whereas it would be better to eat some raw, boil some, cook some, steam some or grill some to get the max flavor out of all the ingredients. That's why some aspects feel bland or rushed or not-well thought. at least to me.
Mashle focus a lot on its HP parodies which it does well but I hope the relationships between the characters will become a deeper focus over time because with Mob or OP what I enjoyed the most wasn't the whacky overpowered and/or dumb situations where you got a good laugh out of it but the meaningful relationships like the student-teacher one in Mob/OP the brotherly love in Mob or the heroic rivalry in OP. However Mashle is still at the start so there is plenty of time to build all that up yet.
Undead handles its power system well because it set itself laws and rules for it so as a reader you can comprehend how an explained power functions because of the rule-set and not just "because I got the power red/blue/yellow I can do this and that" bs. And the fights are well-handled because it actually feels like two parties fighting each other to win and not just one party destined to win and the other is just there to lose and make the good side look cool. Like the first real battle between power-users like Andy vs the Robot and the Chinese guy - you would have a hard time to argue that the end result was exactly as expected given how it ended with
Andy and Izumo actually losing to the Chinese guy. Hell, I was suprised that Andy actually killed the robot guy, I thought like the big boss would show up to give them seat 11 and 12 or that the heroes would just run away after a hardcore battle, not for Andy to be at the mercy of an enemy Negator who can negate your will. Even right now with Gina Andy admits he alone would have no way winning but with Izumo's Unluck power he might have a chance. And how that gonna play a role in winning against somebody with a perfect defense ability is what makes me excited for the next chapter. With Yokazura, Zipman and WG so far it is a bit harder to feel excited for what the next battle brings because well, the battles are pretty one-sided, at least so far.

I honestly see no difference between zipman and UxU.
but it’s good to see that the jump is successful, especially with the possibility that 4 veterans are finishing.
Alright, I'm going to allow discussion on one anime YouTuber's video, since his are usually well-made, and he owned up to spreading misinformation in the past.

Yozakura actally has very little romance in it. Sure, the MC keeps talking about how important love is, but we barely see the two of them together, they got married right of the bat with almost no build-up, and neither of them have any interest in other boys/girls. I guess you could count the hordes of stalkers as romantic rivals if you really want to, but even then, there's no real competition, no decisions to be made and no real goal to strive for, since they are already at the point where most romance stories end.
At first, I thought the colours were supposed to represent their personalities, but there are too many that don't fit. (A shame, because that would've been a cool idea.)

Video seemed alright, nothing I didn't already know about so I don't really have much to say. Most series he gave a brief summary of, with the focus being primarily on sales, but I do think it was clear which series he has and hasn't read. He does mention that a lot of big series are wrapping up this year, but no mention of WNL or Yuuna (Yuuna actually having no mention at all in the video) feels like a small miss on that point. He likes Mitama so it's good enough for me.
I think it's because WSJ got moving again. I got into M+ and this topic around June 2019, and there were barely any series ending or starting until the end of the WSJ year (around November). Now, we've got five (seven?) very young series, probably with more on the way, so there's a lot more to talk about.
So, June 2019 is the time you mentioned. In the 6 months before that point in time, Jump launched:
- Chainsaw Man (December 2018)
- Ne0;lation (December 2018)
- Gokutei Higuma (December 2018)
- The Last Saiyuki (March 2019)
- Kamio Yui (March 2019)
- Samurai 8 (May 2019)
- Futari no Taisei (May 2019)
- Beast Children (May 2019)
- Tokyo Shinobi Squad (June 2019)
So, 9 series. If you want to be sticky and exclude the December 2018 series, that would still be 6 new series launched between the beginning of January 2019 and the end of June 2019.
Now, if you meant that Jump didn't really move in the 6 months before November 2019, then you would also be wrong. Because in those 6 months, Jump launched:
- Samurai 8 (May 2019)
- Futari no Taisei (May 2019)
- Beast Children (May 2019)
- Tokyo Shinobi Squad (June 2019)
- Yozuakura Family (August 2019)
- Mitama Security (September 2019)
[- Dr. Stone Reboot Miniseries (October 2019)]
So, again, 6 new series and one 9 chapter miniseries in those 6 months. And if you want to talk about launching new series within three months, you can see in the lists that Jump also did that (e.g. March-May 2019).

it's okay that he focuses more on the action part, but he has a romance part in yozakura. He only loses to yuuna and WnL, but otherwise, he has more romance than the other current jump manga.
