The newbies aren’t bad for only 3 days... I think. I’d say second week sales will really determine the outlook for these series but there’s a national emergency that’s gonna affect the entire month.
This was the last month's Week 1 for Jump (5 days), which had higher Top 50 but mostly on par with everything else.
Yeah. Should've elaborated a bit. I feel like low 2000s for #500 is what I usually see for Shoseki, so last week was more of an outlier. We'll see what both Shoseki and Oricon are like in the coming weeks to see how this event really affects things.

it's normal, a lot of Jump series second volumes tends to sell less than the first volume

It’s more me talking about the fact that ZIPMAN only lasted two days in the Shoseki Top 500.
Which means....no shipments of the newest magazine issue for the foreseeable future? Which also means no early scans and a switch to digital-only?
