Black Clover was my favorite this week. Good in itself but even better as a payoff to the last three week and seemingly unnecessary chapters. Still super fun even when things are looking grim, only in this manga.
Moriking is great too, gives me Gash Bell vibes with the action and comedy ratio flipped. Sweet manga.
I also enjoy Bone Collection...despite being bad. The structure has been terrible since the second chapter, and that info dump was horribly executed, but I just love its crude, cartoony art and the matching goofy, old fashioned tone that I think we need more of.
And I guess I'm the only who thinks Mashle isn't good. I'm amused reading it (so still far from bad), but most its good parts are either repetitive or completely and shamelessly derivative of better stuff. And I just hope it won't get more seriously into battle manga territory, not just because i think it hasn't set up the necessary elements with the proper focus for that, but also because that's where that derivativeness will become a real issue. But that door gag (which it has used multiple times already) at the end makes me assume it won't.
