A new interview with Shihei Lin talking about his relationship with Fujimoto. Everything's pretty much known already, curious stuff is that Fire Punch was rejected 2 times at SQ, magazine in which it was first planned to serialize, and was later decided to be weekly in Jump+ gathering assistants such as Yuuji Kaku or Tatsuya Endo. Then it talks about how Shihei lets Fujimoto do whatever he feels like doing because he trusts that he'll do interesting and funny stuff (such as some Kobeni's Car moments).

I was today 19 years old when I found out Fire Punch and Chainsaw Man share the same author. I know this question is kind of off-topic, but is Fire Punch worth reading? Heard a lot about it

Personally, it is sometimes a bit too 'random' for me but its still worth reading. Even if you end up hating it, experiencing this Manga is fun. Also maybe a more non-personal opinion: It was nominated for tons of awards during its serialization.

Funny thing about this is that the June 2017 issue of Jump SQ had this Fire Punch poster. Maybe they regretted that decision?

All of Spy x Family's volumes suddenly took the top spots in Tsutaya's, Honto's and Rakuten's daily rankings for the 26th. I checked reprints and the last batch went out on the 10th and the next one is only going out today/tomorrow. This is a rather curious situation, or there might be something that boosted sales and I'm unaware.

For all we know, it's anime boost would be minimal like AC.

Talk shows helped Dr. Stone to finally grow again.
Now they’re giving SxF even more fucking momentum. Jesus Christ, this manga’s gonna outsell all of current Jump that isn’t One Piece now. First month sales of course.

Already outsold everything from Haikyuu!! down. Not sure we can compare the previous volume to My Hero Academia's and The Promised Neverland's current ones because these have had less days during their first week (it should be ahead anyway given that it almost sold 500,000 copies in 3 weeks), but Spy x Family 5 is going to be released with My Hero Academia 28 so we'll have a clear vision of it (though I expect it to outsell My Hero Academia easily).
