As for this chapter we had the 3rd I killed my parents with my sudden Un-power background story.

This has became quite repetitive. It's just like in Yu-Gi-Oh! Vrains where 4 of the characters have background related to car accidents.

yeah kinda weird how Tozuka's editor did not stop that, and together come up with a new backstory. I suppose Tozuka goes for a strong execution instead (through Tatiana we learns about Billy's personality)

how on earth its (power) spawn on almost exact scenario to persons that will get? (sorry my english)...
maybe its the 'rule' to be vessels (of negator powers), close to family and boom, unconscious release the power.. fate aka GOD scenario..

i confuse about the timeline tho..this is my cent on andy said :
SEPTEMBER is 99th penalty.. then next penalty come out JANUARY (100th penalty).. then Ragnarok(101th penalty) on APRIL...
thats not adds on SENSEI,..
AUG 31th is the last deadline.. september is penalty month.. so the next quest actauly already start on OCTOBER, but the union decided to train then made quest on december 1st? so they had 1 month to complete the quest.. until DEC 31th.. if they failed, penalty will happen on JANUARY .. FEB MAR APR is the next quest month. so ragnarok should happen on MAY (1st)...not APRIL.. or april because that was the last day of the last month on deadline..
i am lost and confuse....

even in this 'filler' chapter tozuka sensei still had double spread.. so how long is the double spread hold?? since the start??

Wouldn't it actually be really funny if there is an UMA out there for "tragic background stories" and that's why every Negator loses their parents the moment they get powers because they trigger that rule? XD

I believe that when you are SEAT, then you have to do the quest, else you get a penalty. So:

September 1st: Galaxy Added
October 1st: 1st month passed
November 1st: 2nd month passed
December 1st: 3rd month passed, if they don't sit on this day to receive the quests, another penalty will be added.

My guess is if they sit on another of that day, they will have to complete the quest in a month (Oct 31st, November 30th,...), so it is better to wait until the last month so you have 3 months to prepare.

I just reread the chapter 3 and Shen said: On August 5th, Gina will be investigating the UMA, so it is not strictly August 1st, December 1st. The UNION probably assembled after August 5th and completed 5 out 6 quests before August 31st.

My assumption would be a Nico suit with rockets that launch in a round-about way so that they can close on their target until they enter the view of Chikara and get stopped and then he releases it when it is impossible to dodge.

how on earth i didnt realize until now, 6 days late.. i am so fixate with apocalypse/penalty timeline that i forget about RIP Ultimatum in chapter 29. in 3 MONTH UNDER will FLIP the world. Thats will be december, right??
