Yep, I'm not going to be surprised if Kimetsu manages to beat freaking Slam Dunk in total copies next year.

Right now (only Japan number):
-Dragon Ball: 180 million copies
-Kochikame: 157.200 million copies
-Naruto: 153 million copies (I thought it was more)
-Slam Dunk: 121.360 million copies
-Kimetsu no Yaiba: 100 million copies
-JoJo: 100 million copies
-Bleach: 90 million copies (sorry Jaymes)
-HxH: 78 million copies

Kimetsu beating Slam Dunk is plausible. Kimetsu beating freaking Naruto would truly be craziness.

Let's see how long the recoveries will last, because for 2021 the bulk of sales will be for volume 23.

I would personally prefer a season 2, but I could see them going for more movies. I think RLD and Swordsmith can fit a movie each (RLD is very long but majority of it is fighting, so that'd feel a lot shorter regardless in an anime adaptation). Final arc though, no idea how you'd even tackle that to fit into a movie, nor to split it into multiple ones.

Oh well, and in the second season what do they take then?
The movie experiment was good, but I hope the rest of the adaptation goes into anime.

Great chapter of One Piece(recently caught up)

Can finally talk about Chainsaw Man since it seems the over the top fight is over now. Great chapter. Loved seeing what the ppl of Japan thought of Denji

Jujutsu continues with its despair, but still a great chapter.

Another good one for MHA. Interested in seeing who shows up to the battlefield, and what Toga wants to ask Ochako so badly

Yozakura was interesting. Nice to see it back on track

Liked today Phantom Seer. It looks like we’re now getting a legit arc

Lowkey worries about Oda when One Piece ends lol. I can imagine life feeling so weird for him afterwards. He deserves a long retirement afterwards.
I remember my grandmother continued trying to work all the way into her 90s, because she couldn’t stand being retired and not having anything to do. I can totally see Oda being like that

Two weeks is a good time to prepare myself for MHA. Hopefully Horikoshi is doing well. I wonder what he’s got planned... probably another movie.

One Sensei chapter and, as predicted, people are already calling it the true route and the best route. 22i better be damn well putting his all into it, cause if he doesn’t... he might as well have stopped after Uruka.

The only problem with the break is, it’s starting to affect my enjoyment of this arc like Overhaul did, even though I know it’s in everyone’s best interests for Horikoshi to get as much rest as possible. Back then, one of the reasons why Overhaul was so divisive was due to the many breaks Horikoshi took that time, which is natural when you read it weekly, so the pacing feels off.

Luckily, we’re in the final phases of this arc so we only have a few good chapters to go, maybe 6-7 left. I just hope this will be the last break Horikoshi is getting.

I bought the first one from Planeta i think but I might just buy the ones from Viz.. Easier for me to get plus cheaper (Hopefully) and also hopefully Viz could convince whomever they go the license from to make this a bigger manga (the Spanish edition is a normal tankobon in size, and I think the Japanese one too).

Yeah, I'm buying it, but I have some hopes on this meaning Hokuto no Ken in Mangaplus in the future.

Yozakura was okay, not really a fan of it but it's had much worse chapters. Not particularly liking the Dad character so far

Agravity was great, one of my favorites. Did break the flow of the current arc but the gags made up for it

Undead was great, excited for whatever the next arc is

Mashle was alright, didn't really care for the resolution of this arc but the set up at the end of the chapter has me interested

Moriking was alright, it had some decent gags. I would be surprised if it lasted until when WNL ends so maybe we get a smaller batch of 2 before then?

Ayakashi was pretty good, I'm finally starting to come around on it

Magu was pretty good as well, solid gags and a wholesome chapter

Dolphin was alright, I'm glad to see it moving into another arc and the mystery is interesting

Roboco was pretty good, I like how it's not afraid of using it's side characters, and it's probably my favorite of it's batch now

Phantom was alright, still enjoying it but hoping the next arc breaks the mold a little

HSF was pretty good, the Gomez gag killed me

Blood Oath is honestly comical at this point in how seriously it takes itself

The established series were all really good this week. OP, BC, Dr Stone, CSM, WNL, and JJK all had great chapters this week. I'm pretty optimistic about the Mafuyu route after this chapter but we'll have to wait and see
