But then our doctors can confirm/deny that and we have more grounds for a lynch. Also he will have to produce results to prove his important role. It might also be bait for mafia and he is PGO.

In cases like these we have at least enough info to know that we can find inconsistencies later on if they lied. People who give nothing can only be found out by a Det or once they are forced to reveal and it might not make sense.
