I think you should worry about this once the game is done.

I don't question this for balance reasons but for it possibly helping ingame. If we assume both mafia and town have a defuser each, does it make sense that there exist 2 Town Bombs? Thoughts like that. May not help but I don't know what else to make of it. Usually mafia is given a defuser to deal with the town bomb, not a town bomb. Unless they were meant to defuse only 1 and risk it with the other, but then what's my purpose?

Hence why I'd love to consider Holt mafia.

Yes exactly! It was only used to save Lambu and not even used to cause chaos during D2. Could have incriminated any of the tied players (maybe due to time zones no politician action).

As you see he's not even trying to pretend to be town anymore so he's a done mafia, I just wonder why it wasn't used before.

That is one of the reasons why I say the "logically" he should be mafia. I still wonder why trying to get DD killed like that when he could have survived longer with a different claim.
