But some corrections, it is not because the top 3 of the Baam team at that time was Baam, Androssi and Sachi that this makes AA and Rak weak, leaving the first two aside for obvious reasons
The blogpost in question wasn't broadly refering to the top 3 among Baam's party, it was more general. While undoubtly skilled, Khun and Rak weren't among the absolute top notch among the regulars of their class strengthwise, that wasn't about fame or notoriety among the crowd but SIU's omniscient point of view as au author. This alone showed the limits of their potential. If they climb the tower in a conventional way, it's not even sure they'd have become advanced Rankers after living for several thousands of years.
If you think about it mathematically, other than several exceptions. the top 4/5 of each class don't settle there for more than several years in the said class based on what we could see so far. If all of them were to become even Rankers, seeing how the empire has a history of several tens of thousands of years, then not even the 100.000 Rankers spots would be enough to fill this much top regulars. Especially when we add those who usually don't show themselves to the crowd (Akryung, Buelar Eliot, etc).
The thing is that being a top regular of a class is the bare minimum just to show a fodder Ranker potentiality.
Now, Khun and Rak certainly reached a whole another level after learning there shinsu qualities but they were like bottom-line Ranker in potential prior to that.
It has already been made clear that the regulars of the 10 families have been trained since young (AA himself skipped these training sessions) in addition to family contracts, that is, they already have a tremendous advantage. Just looking at Ran, Novick, Laure and Irure from an early age have already learned shinsoo manipulation and techniques from their families / branches. To say that Androssi cannot possibly reach Maschenny or that many do not reach the top 300 or 100 due to the performance in the HF is not something concrete in my view.
Training prior to becoming a regular is a good point but it was never such a tremendous advantage. Once the non 10 families start learning about shinsu, they have a rapid growth for a moment but after that their evolution becomes more stable. It's not like the Hatsus and Raks were growing at a faster rate than Rans and Novicks. Climbing the tower and exposing the body to the inner tower's dense shinsu has far more benefit than just starting at a higher degree.
Meanwhile the gap between Endorsi and Maschenny was like something impossible to fill. As I noted in an earlier post :
-Endorsi + Thorn Baam + Data Hansung were forced to combined their power to beat the statue of good and evil
-Endorsi + Baam were struggling against a champion villan for his high defensive ability.
-Endoris + Yu Hansung were running away against the giant solider due to a difference in power.
All these ennemies were nothing more than little jokes under the big breeders orders, implying that the weakest one of them Chung already stands on a whole another level compared to Endorsi.
Yet Asencio was fighting on par the bull big breeder (who is far stronger than Chung) who in turn got one shotted by "base" Maschenny without Redan before he knows what happening to him.
Frankly speaking, based on these facts, I'm not even sure whether a hundred Endorsis would be enough to stand a chance against Maschenny at the same point.
SIU also noted that Endorsi is "warm and human" among the princesses meanwhile Maschenny is one of the strongest. Overall, there isn't a single fact suggesting that Endorsi would come close to Mas' when she reaches her full power, it's actually the whole opposite and that's including the skill she learned from Yuri and her shinsu quality which she gained by climbing "alongside an irregular" in a non-conventional way.
I don't see them defeating rankers while regulars, much less facing the FH, but it doesn't mean they can't get high rankings, Doom, if I'm not mistaken, I already entered the top 200 as soon as I became a ranker.
All we know is that he became a top 200 in his prime.
If you want my opinion, I'd rather argue that he needed several thousands of years at least, most likely seveal tens of thousands to reach this level.
The only known non-irregular who became a HR almost immediatly after becoming a Ranker is Adori.
If you want more metrics, I think Yuri is a good character for that matter. We know her potential more or less, she is considered the most talented in the Ha family, implying that she may become either top 30 or 40 if she lives for several tens of thousands of years. Yet she needed a 100 years of growth to become a HR once becoming a Ranker, which was considered an incredible feat.
