Did anyone share " Kochira Katsushika-ku Kameari Koen-mae Hashutsujo " CP ?

Yeah, I was more taking reference from his interview with Oda, and I always figured that for as iffy he thinks about that number of years, he could always change his mind and decide to go for it. Who knows? I’ll even be willing to bet on it.

I do see where he’d be coming from if he wants to end it under 10 years though. MHA more or less has reached its peak, so I can see him deciding to end it in less than 10 years because the series won’t grow any further even if he tried to push for that number.

There's a precedent for ONE PIECE gaining a lot of followers back when it released volume 55ish (Marineford arc) and the Strong World movie, so while I don't think it could happen, some marketing and a good arc have made long-running series get more popular (Marineford arc is not my favorite by any means, but I definitely can see why/how people were hyping it and becoming fans of OP at that point).

I just read an article that Kingdom supposedly got its first volume with the first print of one million, that was for volume 60, so even Kingdom, a 60 volume manga got a bit more popular after all its years running...

I'm pretty sure Jojo has been selling better than it has ever done after it got its anime adaptation (Maybe it sold better around Part III or IV, but we can't know).

So, I would not bet on it getting better sales/more fans, but it certainly would not be the first time a long-running manga we thought had reached its peak hadn't reached it.

Also is there any specific reason why the 515 number or it was just a random number thrown around?

"My Hero ACADEMIA" will end soon, and so the sequel with Deku and everybody as a pro heroes will start

Tbh it would feel like a real waste for Horikoshi to keep this series only about Deku's school days when the series is supposed to be about him become the number 1 hero (unless i missed something), it should show his, and everybody, pro heroes life

I can imagine MHA will be one of those series that will get a sort of Boruto/DBS/Fairy Tail 100YQ sequel with another artist/writer taking over with Horikoshi's supervision. it already has several spin off series doing that, so i feel like they'd keep the spin-off going as long as they continue to stay profitable even if the series ends

Random . Plus, if we assume the next phase will last another 200 chapters, and the goal of reaching the 500-chapter mark, ending it just a few chapters above 500 sounds like the ideal spot.
