Meh, the Steelers side of this is honestly sort of boring to me. My team being fraudulent since thanksgiving shouldn't be news to anybody, honestly.

I wish I could say I thought the Browns were for real because that would be fun narrative but I don't think that's true. My team was just putrid.

How long have you been following the NFL? It's a rare thing for perennial basement-dwellers to finally turn things around and become a consistent, winning franchise. They might have a few years where they're not, but despite the NFL's effort to establish parity with the salary cap and profit-sharing, many organizations are still unable to get out of their own way.

Now, this doesn't mean the Browns can't turn into a winning team for the immediate future, but most people wouldn't take that bet only after their first playoff win in 27 years, even some Browns fans.

Jimmy Haslam has seemed to accomplish something Randy Lerner never could, getting a competent coach and a QB who doesn't seem to be a flop. Maybe you see some of the Bills in them and don't like the implication I may be making, but different division, plus the Bills have actually played in a championship game in the last 50 years.

I wasn't getting involved in discussion. In terms of discussion all I said was don't sleep on them for next week.

I mean, I AM a Steelers fan after all. I can respect the Ravens but I can't root for them unless they feel like an underdog. I just can't.

If it ends up being Ravens and Chiefs next week. Then I'll root for them.

I honestly think the Ravens and Bills are about even in this matchup. Haven't looked at the gambling lines, honestly.

For me it comes down to me still not trusting Lamar in a big game so I give the edge offensively to the Bills. He played well once he loosened up in the second half of that game but he still threw a pick and only put up 20 pts. I trust Josh Allen way more than him. But I also trust the Ravens D more than I do the Bills D. They gave up a lot of yards against the Colts where the Ravens held Derrik Henry to 40 yards rushing, which is damn impressive.

So to me it seems pretty even.

Bills are the No.1 scoring offense against the Blitz......the Ravens love to blitz. Bills pass offense is tiers above Baltimore.

Bills rushing defense is terrible and they're going up against the best rushing offense. It goes both ways.
