Spoiler: To be reminded for upcoming rounds -zimbardo

I've made a thread to alert people when new rounds are starting, when lists are to be sent, when the number 1 has been released, etc.

I hope that it is a useful tool for you lot.

Please watch the thread and, if hosting, post messages to alert people to anything useful within the game

Gonna list some series I'm not familiar with but that I've seen many panels I aesthetically loved.

Did the same here! Haven't read all of my picks but the art I have seen for them are exquisite!

[Farfalla]

First time I have like a list of 40 to narrow down ;_; Might go hipster again just to showcase some titles I believe that will be forgotten cause we have so many largely known gorgeous manga...

[Kiki]

yea I think this is the advantage of this theme. can put in any manga even though havent read them yet. based on pure art

[Hardy]

She lists 40 and meanwhile I'm not sure I even read 10 mangas.

[Xadyu]

She lists 40 and meanwhile I'm not sure I even read 10 mangas.

And three of those are PoT as well.

[Farfalla]

Lmao I said I'm listing things I didn't read as well.

[Hardy]

And three of those are PoT as well.

There's a third PoT!?

[Xadyu]

There's a third PoT!?

Well, there's the official parody 4-koma one. I counted that.

[Hardy]

Oh right. I read it here and there. Never heard of it as a parody tbh lol

[Xadyu]

Oh right. I read it here and there. Never heard of it as a parody tbh lol

Hmm, parody might've been the wrong word, though some chapters are literal parodies of certain events from the other two manga.
Just your typical 4-Koma gagfest I guess.

Oh shit. Here we go again. I thought I already nipped this thing in the bud...

@Farfalla, It's against the spirit of the "game."

You'll end with a list of ten mangas you wanna showcase (you already made the manga reading club to showcase hidden gem mangas!!!), instead of a list of your actual top ten (well forgetting someone/something to include in your list is an inherent vice of the game so let's just say, your honest top ten that you came up with within the deadline)

For more details here's my post from last year when @Organizized did it:

ADVISORY

Spoiler: The Big Lebowski

@BluePegasus mentioned this in his introductory post:

The concept behind the so-called Top 10 Game is simple: each game a certain subject is chosen that evokes personal preferences. Think about, for example, movies. It's up to the pariticipant (you) to put together a top 10 list based on your favourite, in this case, movies. Your all-time favourite movie should be ranked at #1 while your tenth favourite should be ranked at #10.

Please avoid doing the following:

Strategic point distribution: Intentionally placing entries in your list higher since you're worried it's not as popular and people might forget/omit them in their list and vice versa (placing them lower)

Strategic avoidance: Intentionally leaving out entries because of your assumption that it will get high points in other participants lists.

Your assumptions were/are probably right and sometimes they probably aren't.
Imagine if a lot of participants applied this method in making their list, how massive of an impact that it will have in the actual result.

Sorry for raining on your parade but I just want to avoid having flukes as much as possible.

Please place your top ten in your actual personal preference as much as possible. Thanks!

So pretty please participants with sugar on top, submit an honest list.

[Xadyu]

lol, who the fuck does that

[Farfalla]

[Evil3ye]

Oh Faust, you gonna get so destroyed in Interview now.

[revo]
