I think it's fairly apparent at this point that Lucy has feelings for Natsu, she just thinks he doesn't return them.

The best we got out of Natsu is how he says her scent makes him feel relaxed and warding off guys that were hitting on her

It's an instance where Natsu might not even realize he has those feelings, because he has no experience with them. While he's obviously not asexual, he may be too dense to realize he has feelings for Lucy.

I'd be happy if we just get some degree of resolution with their relationship, rather than leaving it the only one resolved, especially after it's teased it to oblivion and back both in both the story and Twitter.

Why has Hiro not shown any pairings kiss on screen? You know Gajeel x Levy did things already yet he doesn't show them kiss or Gruvia ( Which I hope happens ) Fairy Tail allows girls to get pretty much nude in scenes so why no affection or kissing?

It may be because overt displays of affection are less common in Japanese culture. Bears mentioning, even in Rave Master, Haru and Elie's big kiss was somewhat obscured.

It's not the time that I mind in a relationship in a manga because you'll have more interaction time between the two characters. The sooner a couple forms in a manga you will see less interaction between them afterwards. It's more the way of doing things that bothers me, for example chapter 75, where mashima could have used this chapter to make a good connection and make their relationship evolve more.

I don't think he's necessarily being regressive about it (I don't think Natsu blowing away the snow-copies of Lucy and the other girls is any more regressive than Gray blowing away Juvia's); rather I'd argue there is forward movement, since it's been made fairly apparent that Lucy has real feelings for Natsu, she just doesn't think he returns them. Gruvia got a good amount of progress in the previous arc, so I don't know if Mashima's focusing on getting the others done first, and saving NaLu for last, or something.
It's pretty apparent at this point that he knows how popular NaLu is, and seems to favor it himself, but he also may have written himself into a corner with how oblivious he's written Natsu to be about this kind of stuff (throughout the whole of Fairy Tail). I do feel their ship is moving forward, it's just doing it very slowly, and the slow burn can always be irritating, and if there is to be any development, it would probably be during the big battles toward the end (like when Lucy calms Natsu down after Mercuphobia, and embraces him after Aldoron).

In itself not satisfied because it takes too long but above all we are not moving forward, whether at mashima or elsewhere I do not like this situation.

Natsu still doesn't understand what true love is and Lucy is in love with Natsu but isn't determined to move on, hit on Natsu or at least make him understand that she wants more, because she is too shy.

Mashima '' missed '' their relationship because it is taking too long and is not moving forward.

the difference with Haru and ELIE is that, they were both in love, they saw each other and they turned around.

This is what I hope for shiki and rebecca, that it does not drag on during the XXX chapter WITHOUT advanced.

There for natsu and lucy he really has to make up his mind to make their relationship move forward, what I'm afraid is that he botches and rushes it in the last chapter, we will have everything at the same time, the kiss, the I love you and the marriage proposal and hop will be over.

And waiting 15 years for it to be folded into 1-2 chapters like that, sucks.

And it's the same for the gruvia and jerza, they are 99% just missing the kiss and I love you, but I don't want to wait for the last chapter for the couple, it's ridiculous to do that.

For me he should conclude them and then show them really as a couple, with couple interactions, holding hands in the street, sleeping in the same room (whether he is doing somersaults or not), etc.

Difference here between snow girls scene for Natsu and Gray is that Gray only thought of Juvia while Natsu thought about all the girls at the same time. That's why that scene stands out so much to me as far as NatLu goes. He cares about Lucy a lot to the point that he knows that's not really Lucy I guess. If it was only Lucy that like what happened for Gray that would have made world difference. I personally hope Hiro won't save NatLu for last, I know some here don't mind last minute hook ups. I'd rather a slow build up for Natsu though, he's the only one slowing the progress of the relationship down, we know how Lucy feels. Wish Natsu's side developed in the final arc of the original series and continue on from their. I mean NatLu and Gruvia got compared a lot to each other in the final arc of the original series. Why not why not continue the trend into the next series. Gray and Natsu could have given each other relationship advice and such.

To really get NaLu development, we'd need to put Natsu in a position to really consider how much Lucy means to him, and it would need to be part of a major plot point, not a side one. To that end best chance for strong NaLu development would be when their fighting Ignia (I still think Ignia's going to be the last dragon they fight, unless Elseferia has some ulterior motive), because he and Natsu have a pre-established rivalry, so conflict with him will probably put emphasis on Natsu and his own character issues. Ignia could take Lucy (and only Lucy, no one else), and dare Natsu to try and save her as a way to provoke him; that would be a perfect chance for Natsu to really consider what Lucy means to him.
Sidebar: It would be a better opportunity than the last segment, because this last one was a digression from the main story, and it happened to pretty much the whole team (except Natsu and Gray), not just Lucy. The romance between the two main characters would need more focus from the plot rather than a side conflict, and would need to center around them.

For my own, I'd just be satisfied with them getting together in some way. The more I think about it, the less likely it seems that the series will end with their relationship unresolved, based on what's happened so far (heck, it's almost a running gag now for the two of them encounter doubles of themselves already in a relationship). Also, I doubt Mashima's just going to drop the whole thing with Lucy's feelings, and it would be just plain weird for NaLu to be the only pairing to not get a resolution.

One thing I wonder, is if when the time comes to face Ignia, he'll show some attraction to Lucy, and flirt with her some. It would be similar to what Lucia did to Elie back in Rave Master, and would definitely serve to seriously trigger Natsu.
