Exactly. Plus, it's better to let him play during the season so he can get his confidence and footing back. I think only players like MJ, Kobe, and Larry Bird can jump back in the playoffs without hesitation and with full confidence because of their mentality.

Congrats to the Hawks for winning the Eastern Conference.

Suns vs Clippers is a good storyline at least. Hope the series delivers.

Is that fair though? I mean, majority of the teams were created by players joining, wanting to be traded to that team, etc. The Heat became a superteam because Bosh and LeBron chose to go there with Wade, along with Ray Allen. Kobe had to get Pau, Odom, and some others to even be playoff contender again. Hell, Dennis Rodman chose to sign with the Bulls, when MJ came back, which formed a superteam as well. Oh, and let's not forget LeBron making trades and deals to get great players to his Cavs, and coming back after Kyrie became part of the team.

If Durant wasn't good, the Warriors probably wouldn't have won.

Yes you can compare, because it was still about joining the best team or creating a super team.

But you also didn't know if a Warriors would get injured or not, and from there it could actually be suspenseful.
