Discussion Fairy Tail vs Spriggan Twelve

[Seven777]

Mavis was just overly cautious, that's all. It's not the first time she's made a dumb call. Makarov was much wiser when he decided to use it against Face, a comparable threat. He was right then, and he was right to use Fairy Law despite Mavis' whining, though honestly she should've been the one to do it given the fact that she's immortal.

All Mavis needed to do was give a bit of Fairy Heart to Natsu so that he has infinite Dragon Force, and the big dogs in Alvarez vanish, Eileen, August, Larcade, all gone. Maybe give a bit to Laxus too so he can spam some nukes, and the smaller spriggans, along with everyone else in Alvarez vanishes too. Supposedly Mavis can even kill Zeref himself with it. So yeah, the spriggans were the ones with plot armor, not FT, if you believe in that kind of thing.

[grey matter]

Both are true.
It's plot armour that FT didn't use FH. Even if Mavis was true about FH being unstable, and only Zeref had enough power, knowledge and control over magic to use. In desperate situations, they should/would have used it.

Considering the scenario that FT didn't use FH - Without FH, Spriggans murderstomp Ishgar if not for plot armour.

Anyway, Zeref could easily just use timestop, enter Magnolia and steal FH.

There was so much BS and PIS in Alverass that we'd just end up hurting our heads if we ponder over them.

Sure, plot armour is just plot, it's the story, everyone has it until Mashima decides he doesn't want them to have it anymore. Take it away though and FT slaughter Alvarez.

Probably not

Jacob + Zeref can easily steal FH before FT even decides to use it or know a war is incoming.

Jacob get Zeref to Magnolia using stealth -> Zeref uses timestop on Magnolia -> Zeref steals FH
No war, no nothing.

[WoWfan]

His hand was charged with Fairy Heart's power. Besides, Zeref went all out and used Fairy Heart in his final exchange with Natsu anyways.

It's not a miracle. They just didn't lose control over their powers, and it didn't blow up the world.

Where did he say that FH is a power fit for the end of the world? Neo Eclipse is required for Zeref to go back in time. That's the only way for Zeref to destroy the world btw, and it requires the rift of time.

His hand was charged with his negative emotions and feelings, FH was just a power source, no different than any other, just infinite.

it is, when Zeref stated the heat alone was warping Spacetime, that is when Heat energy tensor was in play, the density of heat affecting the fabric of spacetime, that would cause singularity to form. Natsu was when he surpassed his limit in heat tolerance and burning himself.

He said that when he almost killed Natsu via stabbing him, Base Zeref’s power already rivals that of the Phoenix which can destroy the world, he said that requires Neo Eclipse to remake reality.

They wouldn’t risk the end of the world on a chance like that when both Mavis and Zeref knew the risks involved. I don’t know, never ever fight was PIS, Spriggans were just arrogant at times instead of finishing them off right away, that is what most fights in any series goes

No, they would've, Makarov knew the war was coming before Zeref had even decided, he knew during Tartaros. Besides, Timestop is useless, he's only ever done it to his demons, who were also fodder. It's like Eileen turning a Hisui into a toad.

Even there was no guarantee that infinite magic can beat Zeref at all, even when it goes out of control

Oh, infinite magic isn't needed to beat Zeref. Just Natsu.

Weren't everyone including FT affected by his timestop?

Risks like? We saw nothing.

Spriggans acting as a team would've murderstomped Ishgar. It's pure PIS and CIS that they didn't

I mean sure, if you want to excuse them as arrogance, but it's just a convenient way to explain away PIS and CIS. And even then, it's only applicable to a certain cases, not all. Jacob for eg, has zero excuses for not using clap hax to one shot Mira. He is arrogant, but not to the point where he refuses to use his hax. In fact, we have seen that if he thinks something is trouble, he instantly goes for clap hax. That's just one example, there are many more

I'm talking about prior to the final exchange. Zeref used FH's power to poke a hole through Natsu. And even with the final exchange, he used FH's power in his attack too.

At no point were either Natsu and Zeref at risk of losing control of their powers and blowing up the world.

Base Zeref can't destroy the world. FH Zeref can only destroy the world by going back in time with Neo Eclipse, which requires the rift in between time.

Nah, just a bunch of Tartaros fodders. We don't even know that it's time magic, could just be him playing with his books

[Vex_Haid]

August vs Gildarts or Makarov (?)
Irene vs Erza and Wendy
Rakheid vs Natsu, Lucy and Happy
God Serena vs Laxus or Gildarts
Bloodman vs Mirajane
Invel vs Gray
Brandish vs Lucy
Dimaria vs ?
Wahl vs Gajeel (?)
Ninehart vs ?
Jacob vs ?
Ajeel vs Juvia

August murderstomps
Irene no diffs if she is bloodlusted
Natsu in base loses, with DF he wins. leaning on larcade tho if he is bloodlusted
1 on 1 he mid diffs RL laxus and mid-high diffs gildadrts but if hes fighting them at once then he gets stomped hard
Bloodman, no debate he will kill mira before she takeovers unless hes toying with her
Dimaria beats anyone in FT guild 1 on 1 due to timestop unless natsu has E.N.D
Probably gajeel
idk
Jacob can beat anyone in FT due to bfr
Ajeel stomps

[WoWfan]

Even Natsu can’t beat Zeref as he was going to get back up moments later

With FH being used to bring about the end of the world as Zeref stated. Spriggans were shown to be a force on their own compared to other enemies besides Zeref and Acno. Mira did not give him any time to clap his hands as she matched him in speeds and there was also the fact that he was forced to keep his eyes closed

He used his negative feelings for his final attack, Natsu’s flames were burning him, that by definition is losing control via exceeding heat limit, warping space time is just as dangerous as that, the movie would disagree as the power of the Phoenix which would have destroyed the world scales to Zeref as stated by the MC. Zeref said that FH alone would end the world, Neo Eclipse was need to recreate reality.

Nah, without Happy, Zeref would've been dead in the first few chapters. Alvarez would've fallen into Anarchy. The arc instead would be Alvarez civil war, Eileen's faction vs August's battling for rulership. Sounds kind of awesome actually.

You forget that Zeref wanted to die, though there wasn’t any guarantee that Natsu’s power without END would do the job. Besides Natsu would be dead and no one can stop Acno then

Sure, and he would've gotten his wish if it wasn't for happy. As for Acno, sure, but Acno doesn't belong to Alvarez

Though it would be denied again when that magic doesn’t kill him, doesn’t matter who he belongs to, he ends the world all the same

Huh? No, power of the dead can kill Zeref. Besides, he's not ending any world lol, even with Happy stopping Natsu, at the end of the day, Zeref still fails, whether it's against Igneel's power or just Natsu's emotions, Natsu wins.

Zeref had no proof of that, since he could heal from it anyway, he only hypothesize, Zeref would, he is stated to be even greater threat with power grester than the Phoenix, Zeref would win one way or another as he was getting ready to get back up

No reason to believe he was wrong, he knows more about it than anyone in the manga.
Pheonix failed too.
