They fixed One Piece's release date to september 5th, but MHA is still scheduled for the 12th... Starting to doubt we'll get a chapter this week, which is weird since Hori posted three sketches between saturday and sunday. Let's wait for the TOC and find out

They didnt. English one is still 12th. Thats the only version that had this date all along

Yeah but it sold very well and recently they promoted it with even 3 Cp... I can see it happening

Notice it ONLY gets color pages for a volume release or an event like an anniversary. It doesn't even get color pages for just a 大人気 phrase (like Magu is going to get next issue, Vol 6 isn't even until October) The two consecutive color pages were for Vol 4 and the 1st anniversary. Not to mention that Sakamoto, Blue Box, and Elusive Sam beat it to the punch, with Elusive now at it's second (not counting Chapter 1) cover this year.
Sure it might sell somewhat okay, but the fact that it was placed to the back of Undead Unluck in the recent group cover despite it outselling it (not by much to be honest) says it all really.

Yuuna got the cover on (of course) ch 69, so it's possible Ayakashi Triangle will get one at some point that's not for an anniversary on anime announcement. It'll maybe need to get off the bottom a little first though.

There was a little Jump snafu there. Yuragi actually had the lead color position previously for chapter 57, but Boruto took the cover for that issue IIRC. So technically chapter 69 was it's second (not counting chapter 1) time in the LCP place.

I hope its an announcement of the anime going seasonal OR if TOEI doesn't want it to go seasonal maybe announcing remakes of old sagas, like 26 episodes of East Blue then 26 continuing Wano, then 26 of Alabasta, etc

There’s no way One Piece goes seasonal ever, too much money to be made from having an episode every week, my guess is they announce the next movie on that day

I talked about this during a stream. But why can’t Jump do what other magazines do and add an extra series so Big Authors get a rotational break? Oda, Tabata and Gege it seems need 1 a month going forward… then give that last spot to whoever needed it most from the rest

Pretty unfortunate for Red Hood and Neru, in the bottom 5 in their second and first rankings respectively.

Of course Red Hood and Neru would be at the bottom, not even surprised tbh, same old story with Shonen Jump, specially when there's nothing else besides Candy Flurry to be permanently in the bottom, the important thing is not to be stucked there forever in the next weeks

SJ really messing around with Yozakura anniversary cover, i wonder if there's something else planned that they're waiting to announce because it feels like they're just delaying it for the sake of delaying. Glad for UU at least.

Well, Black Clover being absent, Tabata did mentioned recently about feeling sick of something, so maybe is something related, at least he's taking a break, good recovery

It's pretty unusual for new series to drop to the bottom like that unless they were getting axed. If a series is performing well they usually get a few placements near the top before dropping down. It's really looking like they're both dead ;-; (But there's still a chance)

Of course isn't a "good" sign but with the current situation in the magazine, i wouldn't rush to call the series dead yet, honestly is just impossible for both to avoid be in the bottom sometimes unless they were that popular but even TES and Blue Box weren't able to escape, also at least both series are being well received online, which means we can have hope.

Not want to jinx it, but i believe at this point a anime for Yozakura is just a matter of time.

Anniversary covers rarely happen on the anniversary, quite often they're several issues late. Sometimes months late. I expect it'll depend on schedule and when it's ready and when the last cover was (Undead has needed one for a while after all, it's been waiting longer than Yozakura).

I'm not surprised at all to see both Neru and Red Hood drop to the bottom, Red Hood's early chapters were a mess and Neru's too empty to draw in many fans. Add that to the magazine already being full of still fresh hits and they were pretty much guaranteed to go straight there. Now to see if they stay there, or if Red Hood can improve with the more recent chapters.

A few opinions with regards to last issue:

• Blue Box not depicting the actual gymnastics performance and Sakamoto looking to finish the gambling mini-arc had me thinking in both cases they were pivoting away from an aspect they aren't quite comfortable with at the moment. Though Taiki's last match was kind of quick as well I suppose.
• RH's meta commentary thing is strange and I don't quite understand what's to gain from it. Why bring up the weaker chapters from before when you could focus in on the current deal with Velou going for the Exam? Also if we keep seeing the villain group every week it takes away from the mystery and intrigue possibly there and runs the risk of having them feel like Saturday Morning cartoon villains
• Candy looks like its in its final boss fight, might be another 2 or 3 chapters to wrap things up.
