Yas mentioned the game was not by his design, so I’m guessing they have until the games ending! In the last 2-3 chapters SIU has subtly mentioned thru multiple characters that there are only a few turns left! My guess is that there is 30 minutes left, for Baam to complete Maschenny’s task!!!

I think she was just bragging in front of Yuri with a lot of exaggeration. Maschenny is not the pinnacle of the tower, it's Phantaminum lol.
And you're taking their dialogues as facts. Yuri has spewed nonsense on several occasions, too. The most ridiculous one was that was the time she said referring to Headon "she was going to yank those ears out some say". That was not said as a fact. We know even if her daddy helps her, she's not going to do shit against Headon. Or when she said she would destroy FUG. When I heard it the first time, I thought to myself that even if Yuri has more power than the top tiers of FUG, destroying FUG is impossible. Later in the story when Zahard ordered the annihilation of FUG, it was mentioned it's impossible to destroy a shady organization like FUG. Maschenny's dialogue is like that. Although, it shows she's strong, the pinnacle, and somewhere too high, no.

Could be Maschenny. Could be somebody else. Both are completely plausible.

It seemed to me that SIU wanted the audience to think Jinsung was talking about Maschenny by the way he wrote that scene. But it could easily have been a misdirect. He has done that before more than once.
