Copyrights about music is always the most harsh and punishable thing, using same/similar aesthetic/clothes isn't "owned" by anyone. Otherwise isekai (espcially nowadays) would've never existed

I can imagine JK Rowling picking a fight with Shueisha over mashle, even accusing her of plagiarism. After all, she has been making many decisions that many people dislike.

JK Rowling never did anything against the hundreds of other series very inspired by Harry Potter after the success, why would she suddenly try do against a japanese manga that is just doing a clear parody of some elements from HP? Isnt even the same characters, names and etc.

Obviously they will not stop doing more movies but i just wish they will at least have a break in 2022/23 to focus on S6 that will be the most important season of the entire series, they need to deliver.

Rumor? Honestly, i think it's easier to imagine being for HxH with Togashi announcing there will be no more hiatus than being for Bastard, i don't even remember how many years Bastard have been in hiatus

I wonder if this is gonna be another Jump Festa annoucement. But since it's techncially an Ultra Jump property at this point I don't know how it's gonna work out since I don't remember any booths for Seinen mags in the event or any Seinen stuff as Super Stage material.
In any case, it seems that the bastard-anime.com domain was registered on the 28th of this month. So we'll just have to wait and see.

They did, but that was so long ago I doubt they would be the ones who would do it now. Also Bastard!! was not included in the list of franchises co-owned by Toei in that deal. I assume Shueisha/Studio Loud in School negotiated with another studio instead, assuming this thing is going to happen of course..
