That sounds like a wording detail to me, as if he didn't pay much attention to it since it matched Erin's claim. I don't think I'll ever be convinced that any mafia will attempt a Mortician claim on D2 in a game with 31 people, but the scum has defied expectations in this game alright. So I guess he can defend himself.

Hmm, but is there anything to pay attention to though? I even went to check how mortician works:

• Mortician (Townie): The Mortician can investigate a dead player. He gets to know which kind of actions were used on him for all nights, in chronological order. For example, a result would be "The player was investigated Night 1 and killed on Night 2". (GAME 37)

The result is pretty explict, and it shouldn't be up to him to speculate further. I might even understand if he put Erin's name before iirc, but not sure what exactly he needs to recall in such a seemingly straightforward response

@Maryxxi Alright, one question though- what is your explanation for you targeting Shad but Evil never seeing that action?

1. i was blocked when i targeted shad, everyone knew i m gonna target him that night.
2. evil got recruited later or smthing like that, and is trying to make me shady? i just mean by my previous post that evil MUST be for sure mortician, they could have changed teams later BUT there is no way they could have guessed much about what i did that night i targeted hardy and been lying since the very beginning

Yeah but why would he make up something so absurd as the mafia blocking one of their own? I don't think any one of us believed Cres was being honest before today. Evil claiming any other target would make more sense if you ask me.

I understand. Just pointing out the "facts" we have whether true or not. My only suspicion of Evil came because of the curse on Shad that he didn't mention, but Mary could have been blocked and not know it. Is the Banshee notified if her targeting is successful? @Maryxxi

On the plus side, the curse on Shad was probably blocked, and that was my only suspicion.

Uh? I do not know she was blocked. Just pointing it out. Evil did say he saw an investigation on Shad (supposedly from Erin).

I'm looking at Evil's results again, and is there anything we can see from there that isn't something that can be inferred?

N1 Sam -> nothing
N2 Marmalade -> N1 apprenticed
N3 Hardy -> N1 spied and cursed
N4 Lambu -> N1 recruited and killed, N2 protective action
N5 ??? -> no feedback?
N6 Shad -> Blocked N1 and investigation N4

I can't remember if Asako already mentioned she apprenticed Marm before Evil revealed this as well as Tatsu's spy result. I'm going to check this myself in a bit but if anyone can remember, then please help. Ultimately this is what will clear him (imo) and thus Erin by extension. Because Lambu's results is something that can be inferred. And there's that strange N2 protective action (didn't Farf say she protected N1 not N2? again can't recall). N5 with no feedback. When he posted Shad's result, he added iirc which sounded odd to me.

There's also the DD/EH/Mary business to think on.

Marmalade was also investigated, i forgot to write that when i was citing shit from my memo

Well at this point we're kinda stuck, there are just too many possible scenarios. Not feeling good atm obviously, so I can't do some excessive research. Will go with my gut feeling for now and votekill Holt.

Good to here you protected me last night @Mazino I'll leave it to you if you wanna do that again. No point in revealing our game plan to the remaining mafia and/or TP, after all. With that said, I hope to see you townies with me being in a better condition tomorrow.

I dunno if Evil as Mafia would roleclaim day 2 and use another mafia as a way to confirm himself. Way too risky he fucks up and then two mafias go bye-bye. Seems way too daredevil and Evil always stroke me as the more crafty and careful kinda Mafia guy.
