The whore of babylon and mark of the beast mentioned in the bible could refer to russia and china. China has their social credit surveillance system which is currently the closest thing to a 666 mark of the beast.
The antichrist appears to refer to something I won't name as people might get mad.
The terms don't necessarily refer to individuals as they do nations & global industries.
I'm sure some use it to refer to aesthetic liberalism, and it's not like that's not an invalid critique. But the reason they're critiquing it is the issue.
Soy being in nearly every supermarket product (how did soy become an ingredient in everything you eat?) would have a negative effect on their testosterone levels.
And they would be more likely to avoid meats and steaks which naturally boost test levels.
I would be interested to know which part of this some of you believe to be untrue btw.
It's pretty improbable soy would have that effect on someone. Evidence suggest you'd have to eat an unconscionable amount of it regularly to begin having such an effect... It is a shame to replace meat with soy based fakes though.
“Today what I have seen is that even this huge army or military is not so huge,” said Lt. Gen. Martin Herem, Estonia’s chief of defense, during a news conference at an air base in northern Estonia with Gen. Mark A. Milley, the chairman of the U.S. Joint Chiefs of Staff. General Herem’s colleague and the air force chief, Brig. Gen. Rauno Sirk, in an interview with a local newspaper, was even more blunt in his assessment of the Russian air force. “If you look at what’s on the other side, you’ll see that there isn’t really an opponent anymore,” he said.
Many of the more than 150,000 largely conscripted troops that Moscow has deployed across Ukraine have been bogged down north of Kyiv, the capital. The northeastern city of Kharkiv was expected to fall within hours of the invasion; it is battered by an onslaught of rocket fire and shelling, but still standing.
"It depends on what you mean by 'withstand,'" said Tor Bukkvoll, a senior researcher at the Norwegian Defense Research Establishment, a government-funded think tank, when asked how long Ukrainian forces could hold out against a Russian invasion. "If you mean repel, then probably very little or not at all. If you mean continue to fight as an organized force, then probably days or weeks (I am guessing here)."
They thought Ukraine might be able to hold out for some time by Guerilla warfare. Nobody thought Ukraine would be able to stop the russian advances. The Russians did not think that, too. They were surprised.
And other views from experts back then were even more crushing, from the same link:
While the Rand report hypothesized a theoretical Russian advance to the east bank of the Dnieper River near Dnipro in a matter of days, other reports have suggested a Russian invasion would be so overwhelming that the capital, Kyiv, would be overrun in a matter of hours if Russia set that as an objective.
"If you look at it from a Ukrainian point of view, it depends on how many troops Russia accumulates and which areas become the goal of its operations," Konrad Muzyka, a Polish defense analyst, told RFE/RL's Russian Service. "Short-range air-defense systems, anti-tank guided missiles, everything that can slow down the speed of the Russian offensive; such weapons will be especially useful.
"Does Ukraine have military capabilities to stop a full invasion? I don't think so," Muzyka said. "There are only a few countries in the world that could stop the onslaught of the Russian Army. In case of invasion, Ukraine will need to mobilize as many reservists as possible so that it does not become an easy walk for Russia. In that case, it will be a long and bloody conflict.
Look at how they thought the Russian Army was insanely strong and capable of synchronized actions. Look at how they talk about it in my first link. They clearly adjusted their opinion of the Russian army, because it quite evidently sucks, even when it was substantial material advantage.
Because you can't fathom anything but. On purpose.
The '2 day war' claim is just so stupid, so silly on its face it's not even funny. Speaking of being propagandized, you're not even looking at this for what it is.
The difference is that Bush actually conquered the capital of the places he invaded before he claimed he won the war. That means Putin was at least pretty sure he would have conquered kyiv two days in, elseways he wouldnt let his newspaper announce that he won.
It is clear that he was sure he'd have substantial control over Ukraine 2 days in.

Well it is untrue that Soy in the normal amounts you eat influences testosterone much, neither does meat consumption boost it.
So, again, nothing you posted suggests in any way Russia thought it would defeat an entire country in less time than it takes to traverse the country in a complete absence of push-back, which of course is not, and was not ever the case.
I like how I post a link(s) that shows what it would *actually* take - spelling out in detail how many trucks are needed for supply, distances, timing etc, and all you post is a right-wing think tank article that baselessly claims it could be 'a couple of hours' "if Russia set that as an objective" (IF, no further explanation) and then goes on to shill for NATO support.
Yes, IF Russia magically teleported troops to the outskirts of a city they'd have to, you know, actually travel to, then maybe, "I'm guessing here" (the actual article verbiage) it could be over in a couple of hours. How many troops? ALL of them (as opposed to what was sent to the Ukrainian border)? How would they get there? How would they be supplied? What KIND of warfare (i.e., would they just level the city which they have the capability to do, but obviously are not doing)? Would Kiev be the singular target (the article says they are thinking more Eastern Ukraine)? As that would be entirely different from the whole country at once, which is what is happening as opposed to solely focusing on Ukraine.
Would dark energy fuel the teleporters? The article doesn't say or even attempt to say. Because it can't. Rand is a think-tank designed to drum up war dollars, so congrats on posting them as a source, when they don't go into detail at all and in the very next paragraph they are talking about sending troops/weapons to NATO to repel this imaginary scenario.
That article was about as useless as this line of videos:
Which, while entertaining, has no basis in reality, and doesn't even begin to explain something as fundamental as how the troops would even arrive there or be supplied/fed. Troops don't magically just appear, fight out in the open (now we're seeing urban combat, duh), and engage in full forces all in one go.
It's 1400km across Ukraine, and even a fully-loaded tank transporter running top speed (under load) can't do that in a day, or two. That's WITHOUT stopping to refuel (impossible) or coming across enemy combatants (impossible), or traveling at an actual operational speed which would be much lower, in the realm of 20-30mph. There's also the fact that they don't run all day and night. Again, this is just travel time in the most optimal of conditions, without any battling at all. Simple logic and math trumps the 48hr claim abortion from the get-go.
Let's also ignore the articles you posted themselves point to Crimea as a masterclass by Russia, a true 'Art of War' stroke of genius, which seems to run counter to your claim about how hard they suck. So, your own sources contradict your claim, go figure. lol
Even further, they acknowledge that if Ukraine mobilized "as many reservists as possible ... it does not become an easy walk for Russia. In that case, it will be a long and bloody conflict." <--- your own article, which is what we see, and says ZERO about how much Russia sucks but has to address the reality of actually accomplishing such a feat, which we actually see is playing out. So, your own article admits that there are variables that would make this war extend much further in time and be a lot bloodier. i.e., reality.
Again, and to be clear, you've posted NOTHING to indicate that Russia truly thought it could accomplish something that breaks the laws of reality (travel time, fuel, distance, impediments, etc) in such a time-frame.
So, again, nothing you posted suggests in any way Russia thought it would defeat an entire country in less time than it takes to traverse the country in a complete absence of push-back, which of course is not, and was not ever the case.
No, it's not "clear" and you haven't "proven" anything. You can't even address the feasibility of such an operation in that time frame is impossible based on simple things such as distance. I've addressed your articles, which do not support your claim by the way. The only thing you have that actually suggests a 48hr window is a singular, retracted article designed with unknown intentions, presumably to win over Russians internally. Russians cannot break simple laws of reality. If I can Google map distances and do simple math, I'm sure they have much more capabilities than is at my level of understanding.
Repeating BS enough times doesn't make it a fact.
Even your own articles suggest this would get messy and protracted.
The story is Kyiv official saying putin fired 8 general. I don't see anyone else reporting this for now... I don't see other sources reporting this outside of the context of "Ukraine says putin fired 8 generals". Of course, this is not something russia would be transparent about. If this is true then, holy shit. The scenario is so stupid....
I mean, face facts. Ukraine has lost 95% of the total military assets and bases immediately across the country.
While Russia had lost around 5% (10% by your arbitrary claim) of an expeditionary force (a fraction of total fighting force), a fraction of those asset losses of Ukraine in comparison, a fraction of their total losses of each asset compared to total in reserve still on-prem in Russia, and zero bases or real estate.
And Russia still pushes on to the point Zelenskyy has changed his tune completely about what he's willing to negotiate on (beggars not being chosers and all that).
Yet you keep wanting to frame this as some huge military defeat or miscalculation by Russia.
In this exchange, Russia has overwhelmingly won. And it could have suffered less losses if civilian weren't a concern. These are just simple facts.
I don't think anyone believes ukraine can actually win the war against russia. The only scenario where such a scenario even begins to be conceivable is the conflict prolonging for months and months. Russia is just not that big an economy and ukraine is too big. Even if russia didn't plan on winning in two days, there's no way they have the capacity to go at it for years. Would ukrainians accept a puppet government? Maybe if the conflict was short lived but right now its unconscionable that ukranians would tolerate a government friendly towards the guys that just bombed them to hell. Would the population accept russia arbitrarily breaking up the country into manageable mini states? Does anyone believe russia can actually occupy ukraine and keep it check? That's madness...
On that note, it's pretty clear the world's actual reaction to russia's military capabilities falls somewhere along the spectrum of "Not impressed" (i suppose western propaganda was effective).

Ukraine, so far, did not lie. They didn't even exaggerate the numbers that were later checked (destroyed tanks for example).
When they claimed they killed 2 generals, they killed two generals.

The US estimates that as much as 8% to 10% of Russian military assets used in the invasion of Ukraine is now destroyed or inoperable, according to a US official familiar with the latest intelligence.
That was 3 days ago, it will be more now. Putin losing. Even if he manages to kill Zelenskyy, he is absolutely incapable to reach his stated goal for the war (demilitarized Ukraine).
Just stop making shit up man, you have talked too much bullshit already.

Right now, quite some experts think Ukraine can defend until Russia has to withdraw. The estimate I read is that Russia can hold out until June in the best conditions. But the sanctions already hit harder than expected, the army does worse than expected, there are sabotage actions in belarus and foreign fighter and weapons coming to Ukraine.
With all of that, a Ukrainian defense withotu Kyiv falling might be possiblee

Agreed! Unfortunately, there are too many double standards such as the phrase "my body, my choice". The democrats' argument against abortion has been "my body, my choice", but now the democrats have brought forced vaccination... causing the democrats' argument of "my body, my choice" to no longer hold up. We can not morally prosecute the republicans in this case!
I still do agree that 'my body my choice' is a bad argument as it can also be used for vaccines.
Because obviously, while not getting vaxxed affects others, so does aborting a baby if you believe the baby is a human that is affected.
