Well, Brandon approval rating same as trump at same point of presidency. It's official that Brandon is as bad as trump and obviously worse. Many democrats just don't want to admit it because of the guilt and embarrassment. I cannot blame them! The democrats have gotten pretty much NOTHING that they wanted done. No loans cancelled, no community college, no climate change, no infrastructure, no wage increase, no healthcare, no affordable stuff, no ********, but only **********, horrible foreign policy. They would have a better chance of getting something done voting a republican or 3rd party because democrats fighting each other too haha.

They're demonized for exploiting the American workforce without honoring the responsibilities to society that every other citizen is forced to fulfil. Or nuanced criticism about their role in society as Technocratic "royalty". Nothing about this is married to any degree of ethnic ultra-nationalism or authoritarianism.

Seriously, this is the sort of unhinge you'd expect if ukraine was about to conquer moscow... At this point I can't help but just assume the war is going every bit as bad or worst than has been reported. There's also new, apparently believable, reports that putin thought a third of the ukranian army would join russia... While I don't think this confirms he specifically thought he'd take ukraine in 3 days we are probably walking into even dumber territory where he thought the country would throw itself at him. Or maybe the big wiggs in russia are setting the stage to have him removed... Crackpot theory: Putin believes his own propaganda. As in, he started his propaganda machine to make himself bigger than life but eventually through sheer ass kissing he believed it as well. And his brain is fried... Anyways... the fuck is going on here?

I guess the entire reason they're called russian "oligarchs" is to prevent the world from making the connection to them being CEOs and business executives.

Similar to how attackers of the united states were labeled "terrorists" while attackers of other nations were labeled "insurgents" to prevent people from understanding they were both the same thing.

Yes. The liberal wants change. Change can mean a lot of things, and usually, it tends to be chaotic/radical due to nature. The nature of the liberal is what ironically causes its own downfall. The liberal party cannot agree on one thing because of the chaos and very large variety of ideas. They either end up attacking each other in an attempt to pass their own ideas OR destroy each other by passing each other's radical ideas until the result becomes an ugly unrecognizable mess/mix of radicalization and it all collapses and destroys itself... like California or New York for example. The conservative however only wants to conserve and keep modernity which can only be pretty much one thing enabling them to agree upon one another which is why they do so well compared to democrats.

I feel like referring to russian oligarchs as CEOs misses the actual context here. CEOs are ultimately people who are appointed by a board of directors to run a company. There's certainly diversity in how oligarchs acquired their wealth and their careers but their position generally is probably closer to "CEOs are my employees".

This is a bit which I find weird regarding how people talk about politics. In the "look at how bad biden is, bet you prefer trump now!!!!1!". As in, how can someone who cares about policy think that? Say you have your average progressive policy priorities, universal health care, a 15 dollar federal minimum wage and tax cuts for the wealthy. You get to the next election cycle and the candidates are trump and biden. So... in what universe does it make sense to go for trump if those are your priorities? Or like, biden did badly so you change your policy priorities?


My take is slightly different. The left definitely has a lot of factions with their own priorities... But to me it seems like the policies I mentioned before are supported by pretty much the majority of the left. I see this more of failure of democracy because, well, you actually have more than enough support for this policies to pass but the very process that is supposed to allow for popular policies to become law blocks them. Gerrymandering, electoral college (an inherently anti democratic institution), self dealing in congress, self dealing in the senate and all the other corruption there...

Many democrats and woke demographics were pushing the same narrative at the same time.

Bro.

You must not pay attention to anything at all, to not know this. How can you follow the NFL and not remember.

That alienated more democrats to the republican side, than anything right wing conservatives could ever have done.

Likewise with nearly all of the narratives pushed by the woke.
