Derieri was supposed to be reincarnated but I’m not sure how much that matters given Arthur’s abilities.
And Merlin definitely could have been responsible but I don’t think she is. She seems like she’s been taking a backseat and letting Arthur do as she wishes. It would also remove her from her current grey(ish) area to a full on antagonist

Galand and Melascula are gonna lose their minds when they get a good look at Tristan
Reminder that resurrection was always possible in NNT. Hendrickson knows a ressurection spell, but it damaged the soul and could be done thrice. Fairy corpses were good for this because their bodies don't rot.
I hope Nakaba won't go Edo Tensei but IIRC Estarossa smashed Galan's statue and Mera never died. Same for Grayroad.
And Arthur is a reality warper anyway so he should be able to do things others could never expect.
I find it funny how pro-humanity Arthur is but so many of his minions are like chimera/hybrids of other races. These two obviously bare resemblance to demons. The dark talisman members had a giant like dude and sacred beasts. Etc
Shouldn't Meliodas be weaker than he was during the fight with the DK because he sacrificed his power to destroy the Commandments? the idea that he is a threat to Arthur at all is strange to me. I honestly still don't understand why Liones is still standing if Arthur wants it gone because he has the power necessary to erase it and defeat Meliodas but I'm still waiting to see if this will be answered or not.

1VS1 Mel would definitely lose to Arthur. But he is still a threat because he is the strongest good guy and could beat several Chaos Knights. Just like the KoA are considered growing threats right now.

Even then, why is Arthur sitting back and not taking the initiative? From the chapter where he heals Ironside we can gather that he most definitely wants Liones and Meliodas gone because they're an established enemy to Camelot.

cuz the whole dimension in which Camelot is located is sealed with the Coffin of Eternal Darkness, and Arthur can't get out until the seal is broken,
just like what happened with the Demon King before, that's why Ironside tries to collect all parts of the seal and break it, while Liones tries to prevent this from happening.

I've said it before, as others have, but I just do not understand why Arthur isn't taking independent action. By resurrecting Galand & Melascula and giving them brand new powers, he's essentially demonstrated that he's already at the level of the Gods.
So why doesn't he just go to Liones himself? I don't think the entire brigade of the sins, their allies, and the young apocalypse knights together could even stop him. He could achieve his objective of wanting to ensure humanity dominates Britannia in like.. one day lol but chooses to stay in Camelot searching for a wife?
Maybe he's just playing with his food, or it's Nakaba just forcing Arthur to non-aggressive so the plot can progress (just like what he did with the DK/SD..)
But seeing Galand/Melascula back is kinda hype, they were arguably the funniest duo out of the commandments and with new demonic/chaos (?) powers they'll be a serious threat - we'll probably see some of the sins reunite to defeat them I bet.
I was about to get juiced alright. My hand was on my wallet and I was about to spend cash on it, but I managed to come to my senses. Speaking of which, your girl is about to be the next big unit it seems.

He still has his Assault Mode, but where his PL is? I have no clue - Meliodas PL practically depends on Nakaba's mood. If I had to take a guess, I'd say he's at least as strong as he was back when leading the ten commandments, maybe if not more because of purgatory.

Those two appearing under Arthur’s command just hints more to me that the previous demon attacks were done by Arthur to justify a conflict. And I would presume, since they are working for him, Arthur would have granted them a similar boost to their commandment power. I suppose the main question is why now, though that could be because Percy and Lancelot have prove to be enough of a threat to need serious actions.
As for how they're alive, if the Demon King and Supreme Goddess could bring the dead back to life, I would assume their create Chaos could do so too.

He just lost his DK form/innate magic form
Other than that he has pretty much everything
His Assault Mode and previous 2nd demon mark mode was enough to keep up and beat pdk and with assault mode he outspeed TOU Escanor and is probably equal to him in power who pretty much harrased the pdk. Then now it's been 6 years of Arthur's threat so they've might been training in that mean time so they got stronger, we already have gowther who's gotten way better in his abilities than he was back then
Depending on what happens/were told in next chapters and later story, Arthur’s reality warping powers have limits for living beings seeing as galand and mela have different appearances which shouldn’t be necessarily if arthur is a true reality warper. Or maybe he’s become a super ~~saiyan~~ racist and morphed their original appearances to more humam forms while leaving them distinguishable as being otherwise because they were demons

Also, I hope he brings back all ten commandments just because it’d be interesting seeing his warped versions of the still living members like Zeldris (and maybe derriere and monspeet because I feel like mael reincarnated both of them but I gotta double check edit: it wasn’t monspeet but oslo that he reincarnated) and members who never truly existed like estarossa. It’d be pretty cool to see a sane estarossa since there’s no way arthur could be aware of how fucky wucky uwu the estarossa personality was
