Pluton and Poseidon are two very different entities, a battleship with the power to destroy the world and a mermaid born every 1,000 years with the power to command Sea Kings.

I have seen theories about Uranus being Zunesha or the person who controls Zunesha. However, this would make Uranus fall in the same category as Poseidon, and I find it very unlikely the author would make Pluton the odd one, while the two other weapons are the same.

I assume Uranus will be something completely different from Pluton or Poseidon. The next logical thing would be:

Pluton = Something
Poseidon = Someone
Uranus = Somewhere

Uranus is a location which a power can be activated.

Not a bad reasoning, but you may think of Uranus as Wano itself as Zuneisha seems to have the sole purpose to open the frontiers.
I have the feeling we will know about it in the next two chatpers.

My crackpot theory:

I think pluto is deeply connected to the opening of wano's borders.

As I've mentioned before I think the opening of wano's borders refers to the physical removal of the volcano like structure around the country which prevents invasions from the world government. But... what could do something like that? We are talking about a massive rock formation around a not small country. It's a beyond yonko level feat.

We recently saw how zunesha showed up and would have opened wano's borders on momonosuke's command. In other words, zunesha is the one who would actually carry this out.

It is also worth noting that wano is actually on top of a volcano. We see how luffy's and law's attacks made holes deep enough for big mom and kaido to fall into lava pits, presumably into their deaths.

So what's the full picture here? I think it's momonosuke ordering zunesha to tear down the volcano like structure around wano... at which point zunesha grabs pluto, god of the underworld, controls the massive forces underneath wano (either the lava, tectonic plates or the volcano itself) and destroys the structure around wano.

Now with that we also have 2 ancient weapons which fit into their name. Poseidon controls the sea via sea kings. Pluto would control the "underworld" quite literally. it'd be the power to create, or destroy, islands. What's left would be something that controls the sky in some fashion. I can't help but think this would relate to sky islands but I can't fathom what uranus is. Maybe an extreme form of weather control...

I think we may have gotten a glimpse of a power similar to Uranus in Enel's Arc Maxim. If it has the power to control the skies it might be a moving sky island that has the power to control winds, create thunder, etc that can destroy entire fleets and lay islands to waste from above. Or it could be more like the floating island Laputa from Castle in the Sky with a giant energy beam that can target anything below.

Whatever it is the most important aspect to me is it needs to be able to fly. One thing that has always stood out to me about the OP world is the lack of planes or anything similar to planes at scale. They have all this advanced technology but not once have we seen a country with an Air Force of any kind. Why doesn't the government have planes or even fleets of blimps. Flying machines would make things like invading Wano easy so it def is weird that WG doesn't seem to have this type of tech.

I already made many posts about Uranus. From my point of view Uranus is Momonosuke and it is the power to control Zunesha-like creatures. This power is called Uranus because Zunesha is massively high and stands above the others. The Ancient Kingdom plan is to use Uranus to move ship Pluton from sea level to sky level more precisely to Marigeoise where King’s race used to live prior to the Void Century war.

Additionally, there is 0 chance that the 2 Void Century man-made ships are located in Wano and Fishman islands without a specific reason. My theory explains why ship Pluton is located in Wano as it is where Uranus reemerges every few centuries within the Kozuki bloodline, the exact same way that ship Noah is located in Fishman Island where Poseidon reemmerges within the mermaid princess bloodline every few centuries.

I will be satisfied with nothing less than a gigantic Pinwheel shaped fortress in the sky that generates super-cyclones and typhoons, that operates only when Nami, its biological component, is safely tucked naked into a water-fillled tube in its control grid. Or maybe there's dozens of Nami-lite clones it produces and she's the original or something. It makes too much sense.

Nami's weather powers, even from the very, very beginning of the series, along with her past, were abnormal. Sanji had no mention of his past, it was open-ended and hints were thrown that he was royalty and definitely had super-human strength (which at the time needed no explanation. Zoro and Luffy and plenty of others were just beasts just because, like with Big Mom later on.)

Nami, however, was always highlighted and stood out for her powers and her past was shown to be strange. She was found my Bellimere somewhere on an island that apparently was attacked by something. Pirates? Was it said? I don't recall, but she finds Nami just... lying there. No attempt by Bellimere to find her parents. No attempt to determine if they were alive later. She arrives on her home island apparently retired from the navy, but we never actually see her do it and its odd how she just goes from finding Nami to saying she took her with her, and in a small boat at that.

I may well be misremembering a lot of details. It has been years since I read it, but I recall there being some oddities that stood out very much that upon scrutiny were really "funny" or "odd". The kind of foreshadowings Oda was best at, since it basically gives you major nudges to something that but actually does so by excluding what it is alluding to, and all while conveniently leaving out details that make a different, simplified backstory. Even now, if Oda so chooses, he can leave the whole backstory with Nami as it is, and there would be no plot holes, no loose ends that matter at all. We can assume she's an orphan and a pirate raid or war killed her family. The trauma caused permanent amnesia to the sad events. And so Nami recalls nothing. It's simple and works.

But it is an assumption. We assumed Pluton was where it has been implied to be, somewhere in Arabastia. Crocodile was absolutely sure. I am almost sure, but not at all positive due to not reading any official, newer translations at all, or anytime soon, that Cobra or Vivi or somebody basically confirm that yes, the warship's buried somewhere in Arabastia and the poneglyph just showed its location there.

That turns out to have been false, and very, very well played by Oda. I actually think that he intended for it to be Arabastia, same as he had planned for that arc to be the end of One Piece if it had to be. But it was popular, and he moved on, and some threads in the story had to be reworked. But by not explicitly giving us certain info, and instead only implying or letting characters give their limited viewpoints, he steered around locking himself to specific plots or world building that could be filled in later if needed. Like with Sanji. No need to have his backstory, but when it became useful for Oda, he added it in.

Now, back to Nami. Same with Pluton's location, we are not told enough about her story for it to be concrete. And as I said, it's got funny bits.

The "funny" stuff is, it all has to do with weather. I believe she's found on her island during the rain, not positive on this at all. But she is alone and nothing's said about her island or its fate, where a single line of dialogue would suffice to explain it. Then, the ship she's on is shipwrecked in a storm and Bellimere takes her aboard a lifeboat to reach their island.

Then the weather is really, really good for oranges. Perhaps a subconscious act on the part of Uranus/Nami, to help her foster-mother's business? Which turns out to hurt it, actually...

But more substantially, Nami has amazing weather powers. Arlong praises her, even willing to let his bais go, very slightly, because he realizes she is an amazing resource. A little girl. A very frightened human child! And yet he believes she has cartographic skills like no other. Because she has amazing skill with reading all weather patterns and ocean currents.

Thematically, as well, she only first smiles at the sight of a pinwheel, a weather toy. (And one that looks cool and also happens to resemble typhoons. Come on, Oda! Don't fuck up Uranus and make it an saggy old Elephant that looked like it crawled from its grave with animals living on its back like fleas. Please. Make it a giant pinwheel, a Storm-fan of unbelievably monstrous potential quite appropriate for something named for the God of the Heavens.)

Back to her powers. Nami's weather abilities are reliably used to save the crew from sure death on the Grand Line continuously. Everyone else who survive has amazing luck, apparently, that the Straw Hats apparently don't or didn't, as they ran straight for a terrifying cyclone. This is the best piece of evidence to date, really. Vivi very specifically states that these cyclones are unpredictable. That Nami's powers are just unique, it has nothing to do with technique or keen senses she honed. Nor is it a Devil Fruit. Nami simply instinctively "knows" or hears/feals the weather patterns. Interesting her greatest feat as a navigator actually takes place as she is in a nigh-unconscious state... implying that her powers are latent and not at all under her conscious mind's control.

Then she has the climatact. A gag weapon. But it later begins to actually produce serious weather phenomenon. Yes, with dials and later... weatheria magic.

Weatheria is fascinating. Because they are a society that is existing both in the Sky and on the surface, something that seems extremely unique to them. Going to and from the sky islands/ White Sea and the Blue Sea is either fatal or extremely dangerous. You'd think the WG would have taken over them by now, those weatheria magicians. But they haven't. And they have some extremely impressive magic. Could they be the remnants of those who built/operated Uranus?

And of course, Robin has said absolutely zipp about Uranus or its true nature. Maybe it is not Nami specifically. And I doubt it. But I DO want her to be deeply connected with it. There is indeed good indication she is, given her weather sensing and obscure history. There's certainly a story there on her island that killed her family or original guardians, if she had any, that has not yet been told. Perhaps Uranus is why. Maybe Nami inadvertently killed the people on the island or something. It's not at all impossible. Or was there when Uranus did it.

Also, we suspect maybe that Dragon has Uranus. He almost assuredly has the Wind Logia or a weather manipulating power that involves winds. When the storm srtuck from the sky to save Luffy from Buggy. Nami mentions being vexed about it, because she sensed no storm approaching... the Natural weather, she is literally in absolute synch with it.

My guess is the storm was brought by Dragon with his wind powers, or maybe Uranus used its power to move the clouds, and its actions are outside Nami's ability to trace. In other words, her abilities with Uranus are exactly like what she's doing as a navigator, they are for making Uranus more efficient by reading weather data... she is the meteorological component to the Superweapon that makes it run at its best, or possibly at all...

Or maybe, according to Fox666, if Uranus is a location, then maybe Nami is the one who is supposed to go there? Maybe Uranus is a temple like structure, and she is its priestess/oracle...

Another alternative, maybe zunesha is the ancient weapon uranus? Imagine it as a living fortress. One that would wield its massive trunk against unsuspecting forces. And one with the capacity to even reach sky island (oda mentions it eats fruits from sky island apparently). Now its probably too old to function in such a manner but imagine a zunesha that would be hundreds of years younger... and stronger of course.

But is Zunesha strong enough to be called an ancient weapon?

The Ancient Weapons are said to be capable of "destroying the world".

Zunesha is capable of taking down some battleships, but even it suffered some injuries from the cannons.

Poseidon can control all the Sea Kings in the ocean. It is indeed some power of planetary scale. And 1,000,000 times more powerful than Zunesha...

The power to control Zunesha-like creatures is on a similar level than Poseidon’s. A fleet of Zunesha-like creatures controlled by some human would be as devastating as a fleet of Sea Kings controlled by a Mermaid, all the more than they could likely go anywhere and not only where there is sea level. I would be happy if such power was named Uranus.

Zunesha is a Naitamie-Norida elephant that can be reached by humans thanks to Vivrecards since the Mink tribe live on Zunesha’s back. The Mink tribe started living on Zunesha at the end of the Void century when Zunesha was assigned a Road Poneglyph and the Minks were appointed as guardians.

The other Naitamie-Norida should not be able to be reached with Vivrecards so they may be all alive travelling throughout the seas far from any mainland. I wouldn’t be surprised if those high shadow creatures we saw in the Florian Triangle at the end of Thriller Back arc were other Naitamie-Norida.

In any case, there are only 2 possibilities since Naitamie-Norida is a species: either there are other ones alive or they all died except Zunesha during the Void Century when Void Century Kozuki summoned them for war against the 20 Kingdoms.

I think a younger zunesha might have had such potential. Since a younger one would presumably be stronger and more durable at least. Maybe even faster? I am not sure that poseidon has power on a planetary scale. Can shirahoshi order around sea kings from halfway around the world? I don't think she can do that. However controlling sea kings in her vicinity is obviously an insane skill.

Here is the reason why I don't think Zunesha can be any of the ancient weapon. Zunesha just has too many obstacles for me. For one, what will happen if she steps on the area around fishman island so far and deep into the sea? Zunesha has a finite height. She will just sink in if she steps in the wrong spot...this must be so funny to see lol...a giant elephant just stumbling in the middle of the ocean...like wtf is going on lmao. I wonder how often this happens and if it creates tremors on Mokomo Dekedom if she stumbles? This idea makes me feel that she isn't a super weapon.

Jack brought Zunesha down to her knee due to cannonball fire. That isn't very superweapony to me in any sense. That being said lets also look at Zunesha's state of being. She is old. Like super extremely old. Again not very superweapon like. I am not saying superweapons cannot be old, anything can be but even if it is old wouldn't a superweapon be introduced as something that is much more formidable looking? I guess that is just my opinion and others can say Zunesha does look formidable. Zunesha is only formidable because of its sheer size right now but she looks old and tattered. Not very formidable to me if you're all used and tattered. The bluntest tool is the best tool because it is used the most. Doesn't mean my tools will look tattered and crappy. My tools are clean and shiny even though some were hand me downs from over 20 years ago.

For me, a superweapon would be like if a repaired Shogun Franky was discovered in an unknown cave far below the land just sitting there waiting to see the light of day again after 9999 years. It is old. It is there. But not tattered and it works fine if you know how to work it. Of course this Franky Shogun also need to be able to do stuff on a planetary scale unlike the current franky shogun.

Uranus seems like it's supposed to relate to the air in some way, since Poseidon is already an ancient weapon that relates to the sea, but Uranus being Zunesha doesn't make sense to me. It reaches high in the air but doesn't seem like a weapon relating to the air. So far Zunesha's function is to hide a mobile large city and allow it to move around the oceans and has a secondary use of attacking ships. When does Oda mention that it can reach sky islands? I don't remember when that was mentioned. Maybe the sky islands have something to do with the ancient weapon Uranus though as @Admiral Teach implied.

Zunesha is not an ancient weapon but Momonosuke is, the same way Sea Kings are not ancient weapons but Shirahoshi is. Uranus should be able to control any Naitamie-Norida the same way that Poseidon can control any Sea King. If there are other Naitamie-Norida alive, my guess is that they were the giant creatures we saw hiding in the Florian Triangle.

If Zunesha steps nearby Fishman Island, 25kms of Zunesha’s body will be above the sea level and 10km of his body below. It is confirmed that Zunesha is 35km high and that Fishman Island is 10km below sea level.

Jack could only hurt Zunesha because Zunesha was not allowed to fight back due to a previous commander’s order during Void Century. Once Momonosuke gave Zunesha the right to fight back, Zunesha one-shotted a Yonko commander which is a crazy achievement. In comparison, Vice-Admiral Momonga was able to kill a Sea King in the sea whereas Yonko commander Jack couldn’t do anything against Zunesha above sea level.

Of course it's a bad idea for Jack to face Zunesha with a few battleships.

But I don't see how Zunesha would last a second against an Admiral.

Even moderately strong characters with the ability to fly would be a serious threat.

Mihawk or Law sliced mountains like they were nothing... Zunesha's legs are only 1,5 km wide, so there should be many characters capable of cutting their limbs from distance with a swing of a blade.

Almost all Sea Kings in the world are suspiciously only in the Calm Belt, so...

Even if shirahoshi's ancestor did that... we don't know how said ancestor would have gone about it. Den den mushi? Sea king word of mouth? She definitely has some range of course, she needs it even for one sea king, but I am not ready to jump on the "she can communicate with every sea king on earth simultaneously from wherever she might be" boat.

How is this a valid argument? A Sea King wouldn’t last a second against an Admiral either, and a Sea King is definitely less strong than Zunesha who could one-shot a YC.

A Sea King would be beaten by any Vice-Admiral without serious damage (like Momonga did in the Calm Belt under sea) and probably by all pre-timeskip Worst Generation. That didn’t prevent the commander of Sea Kings to be an Ancient Weapon named Poseidon.

Almost all Sea Kings in the world are suspiciously only in the Calm Belt, so...
Sea Kings seem to live their life far from all humanoid species and this may have been an order from Void Century Poseidon so that they don’t destroy the humanoid species.

I wouldn’t be surprised if Void Century Uranus gave the exact same order to Naitamie-Norida and that they travel far from any inhabited lands in the high seas. There is a serious possibility that the giant shadow monsters in the Florian Triangle are Naitamie-Norida.

In any case, Zunesha is confirmed to be one of the Naitamie-Norida, the specific one that was assigned the role of Road Poneglyph carrier and assigned Mink guardian tribe at the end of the Void Century, meaning that there are definitely other ones either dead or alive somewhere.
