Only Gondaira knows, but the thing about Yozakura different than other series is that there's no "ending point" or "ultimate goal" like "i want to be the biggest spy in the world", so pretty much like Reborn for example, Gondaira can just keep going, there's a entire world of spies and organizations out there, is pretty easy to just create a bigger villain or problem for the family (or the spy organization) to deal with it, but it also can just end with Momo and the mother too, but personally i think if was the case Gondaira wouldn't go as slow as he's going lately.
I don't think it's fujoshi power it's Mimin power. I noticed the manga gain more fanart and color pages when she got introduced

Dozen of other lesser selling series than Reborn reached more than 200ch lol It's only about what Gondaira wants and if Jump will allow, also Gondaira already proved enough that he can perfectly well keep with a long serialization if he wants.

And i'm not even talking about the story but about Gondaira as a artist, he has 3 years of serialization, zero breaks, the most number of color pages for 2 consecutive years, even published 2 chapters at once in the 2nd anniversary, so far it's very clear he isn't trying to go for another series and end Yozakura lol
