Word of advice: there's nothing wrong with the first writeup being a simple introduction. Once you get people invested in your lady and understanding of who she is, then you can expand upon certain details in the later writeups.

Esdeath was a manipulative and barbarous sadist who lacked empathy for people whom she deemed weak since she lived by her father's philosophy ("The strong survive and the weak die"). She enjoyed putting her enemies through great pain, both physically and emotionally. She had no qualms about killing innocent people to get what she wanted and rationalized her behavior with her father's old creed.

That's not entirely true, she had no empathy for weak applied only to those who were her opponents, not part of the empire . She exercised genuine care for her allies and her subordinates jaegarists. But that's the thing. Despite being a savage ice general, she has her soft side too, one tht is capable of loving as well as exhibiting all cute waifu qualities too.
