Her roar in the beginning of 100YQ knocked out Lucy + Wendy and she has attacks that can cut up Laxus, Natsu and Erza. Jacob's attacks do less damage to Lucy and human Mirajane than Lion Maiden does to BSS Mirajane and Elfman.

She could actually match Erza in a sword fight while Jacob fought base Natsu who was actually holding back. The strongest attack Natsu used was on par with Regulus Lucy Kick and he took that fight less seriously than arm wrestling with Sting.

With Transport allowed, Jacob would win but without... He gets stomped.

His attacks did damage to a being superior such as Mavis, he was holding back the entire time and Natsu said he was tough, a knife from him alone would sever Lucy’s head which required Natsu to block and melt.

Cana was holding back. Mavis could tell she wasnt serious, and Cana even admitted she couldn't go all out against a friend. Once Cana got serious, Fairy Glitter erased Mavis' thought projection and shattered the crystal. So Jacob doesn't even actually hit harder than Cana. He only hits harder when Cana is holding back.
Also, unless Fairy Glitter can shatter Lucy into pieces, it's not better than Kyria's attack power anyways.

Erza who struggled against someone on Jacob's level? Holding back does not remove any of the magic that she collected which is the basis for the spell as there is a difference between one's own magic and alternate magic source one collects for the spell, she would add her own magic for the effort she puts in. If you recall Cana used the spell with full intent the first time against Bluenote but failed as she can't perfect it, as it would not be enough magic power she collected.

But he is not saying any other dress, just Gottfried, it is part of the spell, so unless you can prove that Purgatory has the same energy level as moving stars, it is not really the case, and done so with multiple people too.

I doubt any other FDK spells in general can match Gottfried's capabilities.

Nothing about weaseling, not the entire day as he managed to escape capture right after the battle unlike Kyria, not a few minutes considered that there was a battle going on for a while, her durability is not if she was knocked out, and if Invel can freeze FDK flames then Jacob would likely be alright under normal conditions.
