Selene being stronger in dragon form doesn't change her powering up affecting the moon, and it doesn't change Suzaku tanking that attack and continuing to press her. Anyways Acnologia > Ignia/Igneel > The rest.
Igneel being almost as strong as Acnologia should put him ahead of the other God Dragons. except for maybe Ignia. I can't see Mercphobia, Aldoron, or Selene being able to rip an arm from Acno like Igneel did. Not when Ignia makes them look so easy.

That is solid fact. You can have that “supposed” feat for Suzaku if you want, it is completely beneath the scaling with Irene and by extension August still. Then lets take another scaling feat, Jellal took damage from a dragon form Acnologia and survived, and not only that got back up and still utilized his magic power, while Suzaku’s master who he himself stated is stronger than himself was crushed by a dragon form Selene’s paw. And Jellal was curve stomped by August who scales to Irene. So there, it doesn’t matter if she didn’t dodge or not, the scaling is there. And that was not Irene’s best shot as she used U1 against Acno to take that fight.
She flat out admits she can't defeat Suzaku in human form. Her talk about distortions is irrelevant, because she's not talking about what she wants. She's talking about what she can or cannot do.
