Regent, top 2 strongest of a GF, whatever you call it, it doesn't matter. If a GF doesn't even have 1 or 2 guys who can curbstomp a CC, they would be the laughing stock of the tower.

Given the hype kirin and lobadon have (pudily made the point that both were a lot stronger than him and yama admitting he is weaker than anyone is generally a big deal) it'd be fairly surprising if even post boost kallavan even has a chance. Heck, even when negotiating with lobadon yaratcha's bluff is that with a full powered doom, karaka, dowon, yaratcha and yama they would all die but take the army down with them. No one has even entertained the thought of even posing a threat to lobadon.

I think Kallavan is a special case because he is a designated opponent to Baam. So he might have become or will become much stronger. Like how Ulquiorra was N.4 among the Espadas but had his Segunda Etapa.

A detached force strong enough to defeat Lobadon but even several HRs stronger than most LPB BHs are unsure about their chances against his army .
