-HunterXHunter goes into another long hiatus. Togashi realizes that his heart wasn't in it and that the scale of the story had grown out of control, and he decides to put it on indefinite hiatus. He would immediately go on to make a sequel to Yu Yu Hakusho that ends it the way he would have wanted decades ago.
Togashi already has storyboards up to chapter 430 (probably even beyond 440), and the entire arc is already planned (based on his comments from 2018, iirc).

So, I’m not sure how your prediction will play out in 2025, or if it will happen at all.

There is absolutely no way they announce an anime for mid ranker like Nue or bottom ranker like Kill Blue, while there is no anime for their hit like Kagurabachi? People's bias and hate are really showing here. That's why i call people delusional.

-Shonen Jump will push for new battle shounens to fill the big hole left by MHA, JJK, MFY & UU, at least 1 of them will be instantly popular
MYF and UU is not a "big" hole. Putting them in same sentence as MHA and JJK is wild. They are likely forgotten by most people once they ends, except by their own niche fans.

Do most people even remember other mid rankers that was published alongside Dragonball and Slam dunk, frankly.

No hate for them tho. I myself is a huge stan of a very obscure manga that noone even knows, Harlem Beat. I just won't ever have the cheek to call it "big" no matter how much i love it and think it is objectively a very good manga.

Undead started a whole 9 months before Sakamoto Days and Elusive Samurai has a big name behind it whose previous series has 25 million copies in circulation, them getting animated first was completely normal and expected.

Though Sakamoto Days taking so long only to get an anime that seems like it'll be average quality at best is strange. Maybe Netflix ruining everything again? They love ruining anime.

That said, despite Kagurabachi obviously selling way higher Nue actually started off stronger in the ToC from what I recall, so it getting an earlier anime wouldn't be too surprising (especially if Kagurabachi gets heavy western investment while would no doubt delay things).

You realize that different studios might want different series right? Has nothing to do with being delusional. Plus, it's not like Kagurabachi isn't guaranteed an anime as is. So other studios are going to want a Jump battle series to adapt. Nue is most likely to get an anime imo. At its core it is a pure battle shonen. Having very mild fanservice on occasion does not change that. It is nearing 100 chapters so there is enough content for an anime. It has room for growth as well.

There is a 4 month difference between kagura and nue. Just because something is more popular does not mean that it will get an anime adaptation faster.

Undead got an anime announcement at chapter 124 and sakamoto days got an anime announcement at chapter 168.

Nue will be at chapter 124 by the end of 2025 , it isn't that crazy of a prediction to say that it will get an anime announcement before then.

Nue can be given to anyone and no harm can be done (much). KGB can be CSM 2.0 if it falls to false hands. The bigger the hit, the more Saito needs to consider.

I think

It's wild to me that you think a series that gains tens of thousands of buyers with every new volume has less room for growth than a series that keeps losing them.

Lolwut? I don't think Nue has more room for growth. Never said that, never implied that. Just that Nue has room for growth. Makes sense for it to get an anime due to multiple factors. And that it's delusional for someone to say that it's "delusional" to think any other anime can get one other than Kagurabachi. Especially when it's absolutely certain it'll get one.
Multiple series can get anime. There are many studios out there that will want Nue. Especially given they can't all get Kagurabachi.

If Nue survives 2025, I don't see why it can't be allowed to have anime. Surely it's currently not a big hit, but as that's the case, you can just throw it into some standard low budget wsj anime committee and call it a day

KGB meanwhile, deserves A LOT of time, budget and planning. It can be an anime movie series even due to how its story arcs are structured

Tbf, at this rate, KGB is very likely to become another Ruri Dragon

With all the reused panels, I'd say it's closer to the next Hunter x Hunter (LOL)
