So who could this be? Definitely a known character vs a completely new one:

I'm fully ok
I'm not talking about victory/defeat.
As long as Loki doesn't join the Knights. It's his victory no matter how beaten up he is.
And It's not even a fight. It's one side attacking a weakened man.
And the one we heard about was the freer Loki not the chained (with kairoseki chains) one

My guess is that we get the identity of the man in the hat, the man who talked with Crocus.
Or Loki has been freed and he says "finally".

This is more like a finally we know who the guy is, and probably the same guy is going to tell Luffy about Shank's family
