The old man getting serious--has to be Scopper, right?
The certain fandom comment--it's shock and surprise and relief, so maybe it's just Scopper doing awesome, or Jinbe attacking.
That Hunter Hunter one... it was bad for Kite. all I can really tell is that someone is losing an arm.
Redon's bloodplatter might be referencing the same thing the HxH one does.
Someone falling might be a God Knight being tossed off the branch. Can they use geppo, though?
Overall, given the reactions, I'm assuming we're in the counter attack swing that will make some fans very happy. I'm going to guess Jinbe more than Gaban.
As for the blood loss--I hope that if it's the God Knights bleeding, I hope it sticks. Saturn lost an arm and bled as well. So those by themselves don't really matter. Given their excitement, though, it must be the best version of what it could be--so maybe the injury sticks =D
Here, Sommers doesn't want to mess with Luffy too much. They also mention that the Red Line is in serious trouble with the RA's disruption. Those disruptions is why Sham had to go back. So right now, I don't think they have the resources to launch a serious attack, especially when they're trying to recruit. Sending people out for Luffy weakens the homebase way too much, when Dragon is gaining steam.
In a normal situation? Yeah, maybe they try to wipe an island off the map. Right now, the only weapon that could safely do that to Elbaf is probably the Mother Flame powered one.

I think this is where the context starts mattering. All the strawhats hurt the Gorosei, and they didn't launch an extra attack or go on extra pursuit.
