Interesting because we have new information. The people I watched on X have been there but they don't seem to ask this kind of question.

As for the story being 60% complete, I'm not sure if SIU intends to finish the story in 2 more seasons, but the pace is usually very slow. Even if season 4 onwards only focuses on the war with Zahard and other FHs, he needs to introduce at least 4 families in 1 season. Honestly, I don't believe he can do it. Unless he plans to have side stories that explain the main story he wants to tell.

As for Phanta, whether he is an Axis or not doesn't affect his ranking. In ToG, he is still the strongest. But if he is an Axis, I'm pretty sure Urek defeating Phanta is impossible. Unless he awakens as an Axis at some point in the future, which is clearly not the case right now.

Eh, still not proof TUS is still a thing. Axis must just be the name for beings born of the Darkness.

I still think Darkness should be considered a God. He may not have directly created Axis, but he must be stronger than Axis.

Yeah, this is true.

The term Fisherman in this story has two meanings, there's the normal position and it's also used to refer to someone who is proficient at all kinds of battle.

We see this is Season 2 Chapter 154, when Baam defeats 3 enemy combatants, one of them at long range with a shinsu attack, Arkraptor says it's as if Baam is a true Fisherman and there's an author note explaining it.

There isn't much of a difference between "Fisherman" and "Angler" in terms of meaning. I would consider it a difference like Disconnection and Rupture, it's just a name.

As for the position, Fishermen are the masters of close-range combat. They are the center of the battle, and are usually the main fighters, with other positions playing support roles.

However, there are a lot of strong characters in the Fisherman position nowadays. It seems a bit of an exaggeration for that position over time because of the character's aura. And in the spin-off, it becomes the position for the strongest person.

Nothing is different in the spin-off and most of the time the strongest characters are Fishermen. That's a SIU problem IMO. He isn't hihglighting the various positions well. Danzon was exaggerating because of his personality. We know the six strongest of this batch and not everyone among them was a Fisherman.

Hmm, I am fuzzy on the detail's of hockney's backstory but I wonder if he could have a connection to the red light district/dump. His painting was suggestive of the red light district back in the day and the plot point about his soul and painting fragment remains unresolved. Karaka and wangnan probably evidence folk being able to leave the dump under unclear circimstaces (probably headon) though this wouldn't exactly apply to hockney since he would have had to escape the dump somehow, then gotten to the floor of death and then finally become a regular after getting desad's eyes and making his painting.

Interesting thought, but clearly it was not V's plan even if it is true, as V seeks Baam getting stronger, knowing and understanding Shinsoo much better so that "they become one". I could only wish that V gets separated and has his own story independent of Baam, but the plot disagrees. Moreover, I don't think Luslec will do something directly against what V wants.

I think it was from Karaka's supporters or anti-Viole faction so that they could separate the Thorn from Baam.

Baam was clearly prepared so that V could stay in his body forever.

Weird thought, perhaps the blue thrysa came from the floor which blossom burned? With how much damage she caused and her fire seemingly burning even concepts maybe it caused a fraction of the administrator to split from it.
