Since I can't get a Spain-Portugal final now, I'll root for my next personal favorite. Portugal-Brazil
Ancelotti is just really likeable. Makes it easy to root for you guys, on that side of the bracket.

But there weren't really any upsets so far lol. Just Cape Verde squeezing ties to eliminate Uruguay and Turkey shitting the bed in a rather even group. For the rest, it was mostly NZ, Asian and concacaf teams getting eliminated which was expected. David vs Goliath stories are fun and memorable, sure, not so much David vs David.

Morocco and Algeria have a tense rivalry. It is hard to say that all people on both sides hate each other. it is not at the level of India and Pakistan, but I have seen it before and it is intense, in my opinion. Both are among the best teams in Africa. If they played against each other, it would be so fiery.


Still! I don't feel like supporting those teams idk why tho. Right now i only feel for Egypt, Norway, Portugal and cabo verde.

I feel more sorry for his teammates, dealing with an FA that isn't serious about winning. Even when he was still an elite player too many talented teams wasted on managers who weren't willing or able to do what it takes to win.

Don't see how this England team plays at Azteca on Sunday and wins against a Mexican side that has yet to concede a goal and has only ever lost twice there in competitive match. It's too short of an acclimation period and England on the whole hasn't impressed me enough.
