#8. Constant fanart posts just for the sake of praising a favorite series is prohibited, this rule doesn't apply for official art by Jump artists posted on social media, they're fine to post.
#9. Don't discuss or hype chapter spoilers before Sunday release, only comment if is related to a series surviving status and do it only inside the spoiler tag.
#10. Regarding rule #9, an exception will be made for when we have new series, in this case, spoilers will be allowed only for the first 3 chapters of a new series for the users who are interested in knowing informations and details about the new series, these spoilers will obviously be kept under tags to protect anyone that doesn't want to be spoiled, so don't worry about it.

Can someone give me a summary of recent events?

I don't understand much.

There is Natsucomi going on in Japan which is a event, 20-something special cards are included on Shueisha manga volumes which is causing a scalper chaos in Japan right now with people mass buying mangas to the point of almost the entire Shoseki Top 500 being fill with Shueisha series.

Hmm, yeah but the timing of this, 1/2 months away from Nue popularity poll announcement which might get a cover & lead cp is definitely interesting...

Anyway, current Pierrot would be a pretty cool pick, they're now focused in production quality so what better to show it than producing a new Shonen Jump IP?

I'm still surprised that given it's by the AssClass author, with AssClass being a major hit, and given that the anime is insanely well animated that Elusive Samurai didn't get more of a boost in sales.

I know, I know, the series covers a niche period of history that not a lot of people would be interested in but still, I'd have thought those two facts I just listed would still contribute to more sales than it got.

I know, I know, the series covers a niche period of history that not a lot of people would be interested in but still, I'd have thought those two facts I just listed would still contribute to more sales than it got.

It apparently does better than usual with digital, but it's still a super niche topic and approach to it. Matsui seemed to be aware of this, so it was a challenge to himself, it probably did as well as it could. It getting a full run and a great anime is honestly very impressive.

Commenting about the ToC since i've not done in the last 2/3 issues lol

I think excluding the top 3 the ToC has been quite wild lately, a bit hard to predict, but talking about the Top 3 i do wonder if they're going to push Someone Hertz alongside Kagurabachi & Ichi as a "Big 4" with One Piece because the rankings are just way too good for the series to not be pushed as a flagship in the group covers, specially with Blue Box & Sakamoto ending very soon.

Class 2B is definitely a surprise so far, it's been 3 consecutive weeks in 3rd/4th place, but i do have a feeling the series is going to suddenly drop heavily soon because i do feel like Jump is either keeping the series high due to not wanting to "doom" the series so fast or are readers voting so far based on Sorachi name, and i know this sounds like what a hater would say, which i'm not, i'm just finding these amazing Top 3/4 consecutive placements when the series was literally being mocked & trashed online a bit "off", like something isn't adding it, i feel like being in the middle of the ToC would feel more natural but who knows, and no, i wouldn't count the complete lack of color pages as a indicator of it, this i'm pretty sure is just Sorachi not wanting to draw a color page, just look at the recently Class 2B chapter art and you will know what i'm talking about, seriously, look at this:

Sorachi is barely holding together lol Still, i'm sure is going to get a cp in like 2 weeks or something.

Can't say much about Hal Formula, Animal Signal & Cannon Master so far, but i do see Hal Formula, surprisingly, being the most talked series out of the bunch so far, which is a pretty good sign for such a niche theme but of course doesn't really mean anything if readers doesn't vote, but i do get a good feeling about it so far, and i also think Animal Signal is going to survive at the very least one round since the reception so far has been positive and both are known authors. Cannon Master is a complete mystery.

Roku's House finally with the awaited color page, don't know what was going on with such a long wait, and btw, being the 2nd color page above The Elusive Samurai instead of the 3rd is definitely a good sign for the series! The cp is a nice one, Sachiko & Altra being big shows Atsushi knows what readers want!

I'm actually curious to check Noble Academy, seems like a interesting concept for a gag series.

Hunter x Hunter as always already being shoved in the lower middle, i find interesting how they never try to push HxH to the top of the ToC when is published, probably will be in the bottom in few weeks lol

The bottom is quite curious, Shinobi Undercover being in the bottom for the 2nd consecutive week is surprising, are people getting tired of Shinobi non-stop action nature? or Saito is finally giving up after seeing sales aren't increasing with the push? Might be nothing really but that's definitely a weird moment to see.

Nue just being Nue, in the bottom, but there's one thing i got in my mind when i knew that Kawae has a different editor, while the manga is in a good moment and everything, i'm kinda worry that this current editor might be pushing Kawae to focus too much in the serious stuff when these, as we can see, still not the thing that makes Nue rise in the ToC, both of the last big rises in the ToC were literally with Machida sexy chapters, the one where Gakuro & Machida where at the pool and the chapter they were at the hot spring bath, this, again, sends a clear message of what fans want, but instead Nue is stuck in serious battles for 12+ consecutive chapters after already being stucked in the Soranagi fight, i'm sure fans are missing the girls just like me, so i hope this constant fighting just stop soon.

Well, about the bottom 3, while Drawn to the Fire is definitely not doing well, i think the fact it still holding above not only Kinato but Under Doctor is something positive, still doesn't feel like some bomb like Alien Headbutt and the fact is getting a color page next issue also implies it's might be safe for a round which wouldn't be that big of a surprise seeing we're losing Hima-Ten, Blue Box & Sakamoto Days this close to each other, they might just keep the series for a extra round.

Now, about Under Doctor & Kinato's Magic, there's definitely something weird going on, UD getting back right to bottom 2 is crazy, specially when the ranked chapters are already the SoL ones, i don't know what's the problem with Japanese readers or is Saito & cia that has some weird ass agenda with the series, i will not be surprised if just rise again next week or something, i'm expecting a color page to be honest, Under Doctor will have plenty of time to rise but it's a very weird situation for sure.

Kinato in other hand, what is weird here isn't exactly the placement but the fact it hasn't gotten a color page in 21 chapters! That's crazy, the manga survived a round, is selling nearly 10k copies and got a reprint notice and yet it hasn't got a single color page since chapter 2, that aint right, that for me feels almost like a disrespect to the author, why is so hard to give a single color page for the series? Specially when the magazine is limited with the amount of authors able to draw color pages, with the reprint news it should get one to celebrate it, i still think is going to get, maybe on issue #34.
