#6. Any tweet, specially japanese, about news, update or some interesting thing about the magazine or series has to come with a text of what that tweet means and also be on topic, if not it's going to be either deleted or i will edit the post.
#7. Refrain from self advertising or advertising Youtubers videos in the comments.
#8. Constant fanart posts just for the sake of praising a favorite series is prohibited, this rule doesn't apply for official art by Jump artists posted on social media, they're fine to post.
#9. Don't discuss or hype chapter spoilers before Sunday release, only comment if is related to a series surviving status and do it only inside the spoiler tag.
#10. Regarding rule #9, an exception will be made for when we have new series, in this case, spoilers will be allowed only for the first 3 chapters of a new series for the users who are interested in knowing informations and details about the new series, these spoilers will obviously be kept under tags to protect anyone that doesn't want to be spoiled, so don't worry about it.

Because you have to redraft the chapter to fit that reduced page count? Like this is primarily an action series, you can't just outright cut pages to fit it into 13. The whole flow of everything gets messed up. Are you suggesting he drew the names for like a 15-17 page chapter, started inking them, realized "oh wait I'm not going to make it", so he just restarted????

He probably did a rough draft and went "fuck, this is harder than i thought" and had to go to another meeting to discuss on whether to split the chapters in 2 to tell the full story as intended or tell the same story in less pages yadayadayada.

He has done 13 pages ch where it's heavily lacking in content.

The fact that he jumps around from 13 to 15 and then 13 pages again means his limited page count is not set in stone.

He probably did a rough draft and went "fuck, this is harder than i thought" and had to go to another meeting to discuss on whether to split the chapters in 2 or tell the same story in less pages yadayadayada.

They might also be telling him to do 13 pages because they don't think he can finish the full set on time

Class 2B and Under Doctor making a resurgence is NOT on my bingo card. What the hell is this TOC? Now it feels like genuinely any of these manga could get gutted. Only Cannon Master seems guaranteed for the axe.

Yeah but even then, this is happening every week now, surely he has to know his limits by now. Even if he does not want to submit something as low as 13 pages, and is shooting for 15 or so, is he getting caught up in this cycle every chapter? He's already talked about how he finished those 17-19 page chapters last minute, is he shooting himself in the foot, week after week, to somehow submit a 13 pager even later? This is a genuine question, when was the last 17 page chapter?

Anyway, all this to say, why won't editorial just have him go on break every 3 weeks or so. They did it for Gege, they did it for Horikoshi, they're doing it for Oda right now. This was his third year of full serialization, and its looking like he might have three more from here. I struggle to see the benefit of waiting for him to get even worse than he is now.

I guess that confirms Nue is getting the cover for Issue #47 since they're going to reveal the anime on Monday and i would leak it getting the cover & lead cp for #47 on wednesday lol

Oh wait, i will actually leak if Nue is getting or not the cover on #47 since leaks for that will be on October 7, what they will prevent me from leaking is the actual anime announcement, smart Shueisha!

Shinobi Undercover is apparently getting a "spin-off manga" revealed in the next Weekly Shonen Jump Issue #46 of 2026!

In the preview page is teased as: "Shinobi Undercover Spin-off Manga! A mysterious spin-off manga has arrived...!?"

A bit confused but that's what it says in the preview lol

I think it’s going to be a school focused themed spinoff. Mainly due to the background our cast is assigned to. Have that while the main story is still set in action and missions. If it does expand beyond the school and wants to focus on other characters, the other squads besides Yodaka’s squad 9 are perfect candidates for expansion with their own missions.

He could still survive a round if they decided to put Hal Formula on the chopping block instead. If anything, Sorachi's the one thing that's most likely to end it, since he's done nothing but complain about serializing.

That probably wouldn't help. when he took a break for several weeks he was still turning in short chapters when he returned. Whatever he's suffering from must require a longer break.Maybe it's the author himself who's extra stubborn about it because he returned faster than what his break was originally planned

The series is scheduled to resume around August.

I think the rumor was pierrot. If it turns out to be pierrot then i guess that's the best possible outcome from the studio bowl Nue could've gotten.

Always been a big fan of the studio despite what all the naysayers said. (still dont know what was so bad about that aizen episode)

Yoshihiko Hayashi, the author of MamaYuyu, will publish a new one shot called "Apollo" in the Jump GIGA 2026 Autumn issue with the lead color pages on October 30!

I really want Jump to do it to give us a long break for the next serialization because we are near the end of Sakamoto Days and Witch Watch. It would be a waste to axe Hal Formula and Cannon Master when they are really not that terrible. If I were to compare when new series deserved the axe when the magazine was having their established series conclude were Bone Collection and Time Paradox Ghostwriter. They were just that bad (but more controversial with the latter because of the subject matter and how it was handled). I want to see Hal and Cannon’s sales before anything hasty happens. So I say have an extended amount of time until SD and WW concludes. Kind of like how February was skipped back in 2023. I would consider that fair for all of us as readers as I think that this is the best roster Jump has had in a really long time.

Seeing Nue being teased in the Jump Press gives me the confidence Saito is going to do the series right this time, there's no way they're going to make a Jump Press to announce the anime only to give it a regular color page

Wait till Saito think announcing it in jump press is enough, then it proceed to get nothing. Not even get a color page. And the only anime announcement in WSJ is Kawae's author's comment (joking)
