#6. Any tweet, specially japanese, about news, update or some interesting thing about the magazine or series has to come with a text of what that tweet means and also be on topic, if not it's going to be either deleted or i will edit the post.
#7. Refrain from self advertising or advertising Youtubers videos in the comments.
#8. Constant fanart posts just for the sake of praising a favorite series is prohibited, this rule doesn't apply for official art by Jump artists posted on social media, they're fine to post.
#9. Don't discuss or hype chapter spoilers before Sunday release, only comment if is related to a series surviving status and do it only inside the spoiler tag.
#10. Regarding rule #9, an exception will be made for when we have new series, in this case, spoilers will be allowed only for the first 3 chapters of a new series for the users who are interested in knowing informations and details about the new series, these spoilers will obviously be kept under tags to protect anyone that doesn't want to be spoiled, so don't worry about it.

Genuinely why TF people are so hung up whether something is canon or not canon lol?

Dragonball GT is a very important part of my childhood. I love it so much, and it will always be part of Dragonball to me. Just because the author said it is not canon, never matter to me and it never make it like it less. I unironically enjoys Dragonball GT way more than I enjoy 80% of dragonball lol. And i dislike super - it genuinely does not matter to me super is the canon.

boruto's fans reaction should be "so what?" regarding the decanonizd Instead of getting defensive because it just fuel more shit when they get reactions from you. I really do not see how "decanonize" impact anything regarding its serialization, fandom, sales, etc.

I feel like you being a bit naive here, it does matter a lot to people, because the series is official canon, Toriyama had no involvement with GT besides some character designs and the series is officially considered as a "what if timeline", but Kishimoto has been involved with Boruto from the very start and even before the manga, chapter 700, writing the movie, Naruto Gaiden (focused on Sarada), drawing Mitsuki one shot and literally writing the plot concept for Boruto manga from start to end for Ikemoto, it's not a matter of "oh i don't think it is", it is official canon, so its just natural that fans will be bothered by a comparison that is totally done in such a bad faith, i totally agree that fans shouldn't give these people the attention they want, but it's honestly hard to not do when, again, it's done in really bad faith by people you know it's doing just out of pure hate.

Nothing is getting "retconned" or "decanonized" with Shadow Rising, but its being weaponized by these people and literally used as misinformation, of course these people will all look like clowns either on December or when the manga is released but until there you get to deal with really trashy people spreading fake news and it's kinda hard to ignore it.

I mean in the GT way, a lot of people consider Boruto bad, and do not want to consider it as an official sequel to Naruto lol. And they may have done that in their heads, but now its easy to point at an official Kishimoto sequel as a way to "fix" this problem for them (any small changes decanonize the series they dislike). Boruto is closer to DB Super, where some people just refuse to consider it as an official sequel, as its being made by a different guy. Except Super has like way less people hating on it, I think they're burned enough from GT.

Kaedegami by comparison was just rather forgettable with weak action and characters. It had bootleg Nue and that's about it.

And that was enough for me.
I was lucky enough to get the magazine when it came out.

Although actually, looking at this. Is this cover for the penultimate chapter? I could see the series ending on issue 50. This fight could easily be over in 2 chapters.

I honestly do not believe he is capable of handling that type of workload. Look at the most recebt chapters only 13-15 pages consistently. If he cant produce 19-21 pages consistently then he cant be doing covers and color pages. Give the man some time off or move him to a monthly magazine already.

They made new figures out of those, no? And it looks expensive.

Anyway, I don't know why they're still relying on Takeru to make illustrations like that laundry collab. They should have already been switching to the anime staff helping out with this collab.

I dont ever remember seeing mha doing merch collabs with hori's drawing. All of them were done by bones animators.

The thing is they already had him drawing a brand new color art. Might as well use it.

They made new figures out of those, no? And it looks expensive.

People always complain that exorcism manga are always the same, and everything is the same, but with a manga like Ura that's similar to manga like Bokuyaba, nobody complains and I root for its success, even if it doesn't bring anything new.

Dang 2B really is trapped down there, also, supposedly Roku has a color page in issue 49 as well. Otherwise, wow kiyoshi is ranking pretty high for this school arc, I really hope this somehow means the series will stretch itself to reach its 4th anniversary.

Sucks no LCP this week but I'm guessing this'll be the last LCP before the end of Sakamoto tbh there's not much story left to tell after the last chapter honestly. Surprised Suzuki is taking it on though because he seems just as tired tbh. Some of these recent chapters (like as of 2 weeks ago recent) have sketch/drafts in the magazine release.

Where did you hear about him having already finished a double spread? I haven't heard it brought up anywhere besides you mentioning it these two times now, so I'm curious where you got the intel regarding that.

Regardless, they can defer Hokazono's anniversary as much as they want given the position the series is in. I'm pretty sure this is far from the first time a big magazine hit has had it's anniversary moved back on a multi-month scale.

Funnily enough I had the joking idea that Sakamoto would snipe the cover from Kagurabachi to give Hokazono more time, but I didn't say it, partly cuz I wasn't super confident, and also cuz I didn't want to jinx it. Looks like the mere thought was all it took to manifest it, haha.
