It looks nice Kun. The nose could use a lot more work, though it would be best to get rid of the detail completely and just add a shadow at the bottom. The problem with is is that since Pain, along with a lot of the other characters, is drawn without a nose and just two lines to represent...

You forgot to add some shading to the side of his nose. Your lighting would make his piercings cast a shadow, so would the bottom of his ear, the lower part of his chin and maybe his upper lip as well.

Yeah, he's pretty good.
