Re: What would your personal Devil's Fruit Powers be? Enel's fruit is perfect... nothing comes close to complete control over electrons.

Happy new year! :) As for female character, we talking character wise or looks wise? If it's overall character, Nami by far for me as she has had a lot more back-story and development in the plot... Going simply by looks I'd probably say Boa simply because I prefer girls with brown/black...

Happy New Year all, wish you all the best... :D

Not big on figures personally but the 1st set from the opening post definitely is the one I'd go for... They just have a lot more personality than the other figures and look unique. Out of the 1st set, Luffy, Zoro and Chopper capture the characters feel and look the best I think. :)

The way I see it, the straw hats seem to be divided in 3 groups based on combat ability... 1 - Luffy, Zoro, Sanji 2 - Franky 3 - Nami, Ussop, Chopper, Robin, Brook

Don't agree with this at all, strength should have no bearing on who can be a captain or not... Leadership, ambition and caring for your crew is what counts. As far as Luffy vs Zoro goes, they are by far the two most natural combat centric characters of the crew, and both have goals centred...

Re: One Piece 600 Spoiler Discussion Thread Had a good laugh at Zoro using the fact that he got back first as a way of insulting Sanji and ranking him as 7th. The guy knows how to push the right buttons. :D Seems like we still have to wait a few chapters for the Strawhat reunion, while in...

I have thought of something similar before as well, rather than making Zoro another pirate, I think it would have been cooler if he had stayed a pirate bounty hunter with the ambition to become the worlds greatest swordsman... We don't have any interesting or strong freelance characters in...

What a great chapter, like how everything is once again building up on several fronts in classic One Piece fashion... things are getting interesting, at a fast pace. :) I must be one of the few that like Fanky's new look and Zoro pretty much just one-up'ed every other Straw Hat's entrance...

Re: One Piece 599 Spoilers Discussion Thread Like the new looks for Franky and Zoro! Both look like they are extensions of their previous selves, just more mature and bigger and badder looking. :D And if the multiple posts of pointless 'Zoro's Arm' discussion last week taught us anything...

Re: One Piece 598 Spoiler Discussion Thread Don't really care if it's just a scar or if he indeed has lost his eye, but whatever the case I wouldn't want him to cover it up with a eye-patch. :P Also like how Zoro and Luffy are starting to mimic each other in terms of their scar collections...

Re: One Piece 598 Spoiler Discussion Thread Hence why I said apparent lack of scars... ;)

Re: One Piece 598 Spoiler Discussion Thread Have to disagree completely, I'm actually disappointed with Sanji because of the apparent lack of scars or visible signs of damage. To me that just shows that Luffy and Zoro have trained while putting their bodies and lives on the line.

Zoro by far in my opinion... We have seen him 'over-rule' Luffy and lay down the law in the group on several occasions. And while he does have his comedy side, he is one of the most mature, calm and sensible members of the Strawhats when the situation requires it.

Ruin a good thing..? How would a new animated series ruin the one already available, all it would do is provide a modern alternative. As much as I agree with you about the current series and its OVA's, I would love to see it reanimated in crisp HD resolution with good clear sound. I...
