i think the cleaned version is too blurred, you should also improve the borders and the greys, try to look for some tutorial on the net.

the raw is bad but you screwed up with the denoise, the page is blurred, the black are not good, neither the qhites, you left some specks.

tha raw is quite LQ. anyway, you overleveled, try to resize to 3000 px height before levelling and don't try to get rid of all the dark with levels, use the burn tool, redraw the line on the dresses with the pen tool for an HQ result!

I just use the photoshop reduce noise filter, but in my opinion the less filter you're able to use, the better it is

I like the film grain, you could try to do that like this: http://senbonzakura.kageyoshi.net/2008/01/21/advanced-grays-film-grain/ it also depend on which manga you're cleaning

no, it doesn't, HQ in a few words is the manga just like you would see it in a tankobon does it looks like that to you? this definitely is LQ in my opinion. anyway that's just my opinion and you're free to agree with it or not.

maybe this could be a cool effect for some graphic work, but as cleaning metod... this sucks, sorry XD you've lost ALL the details, the line are squiggy and the blacks are not even completely black. Although i was wondering what would be the result if you used this page as a multiply level like...
