This is kind of a random topic but I wonder if we'll ever see all the potential hybrids? We've got a demon/goddess, a human/fairy and a fairy/giant in the main cast. You could also argue that we've seen human/demon hybrids in the form of the Liones knights who ingested demon blood to become "reactors", notably Guila who still has demon powers to this day. She's not a genuine hybrid because she wasn't born as one, but I think she still counts since she has the appearance and abilities of such a hybrid. There are some similar borderline cases with the goddesses as well, like the druids who are humans who have access to holy magic or the celestial clan from the Prisoners of the Sky movie who are like goddesses that have lost most of their powers and turned into winged humans. Again not true human/goddess hybrids but basically exactly what you would expect such hybrids to be, especially the celestials. Something I would not count as hybrids are Drole and Gloxinia since even though they did receive some demon power it didn't really factor into their appearance or abilities.
Out of the missing racial combinations the most likely one to show up is a human/giant given that Nakaba has teased Matrona wanting to have a child with her tribal husband. There's even a character in the Arthurian legends called Galehaut/Galeholt who's the half-human son of a giantess and who became friends with Lancelot. Beyond that the remaining hybrids are demon/giant, demon/fairy, goddess/fairy and goddess/giant, all of which are unlikely to be born the usual way due to how little interaction their clans have with each other. However, given the prominent role of hybrids in the sequel as well as all the transformations and fusions that Chaos magic is capable of, I think it's possible that someone could artificially create such entities. Nakaba has already toyed with the idea in the Grudge of Edinburgh movies in the form of Deathpierce using a Chaos Staff to fuse fairies with blue demons to produce Mage and giants with red demons to produce Knight, but you could probably end up with something more impressive if you didn't use fodder demons as ingredients.
A pattern that stands out regarding the four missing hybrids is that all of them are entities that have equivalents in folklore and mythology. Ogres have the large size of giants and the malevolence of demons, which would be fitting for a demon/giant hybrid. They're hairy and somewhat bestial which would distinguish them from their component races. For a demon/fairy hybrid there are creatures called spriggans that are essentially ugly, evil fairies with abilities like growing in size and creating whirlwinds, both of which we have seen from fairies in this series. A goddess/fairy hybrid is best represented by the nymphs of Greek myth, as they are nature deities that combine the attributes of fairies and goddesses. Dryads are probably the most famous type of nymph and they have a connection to trees just like Nakaba's fairies. Oreads are mountain nymphs so potentially a good fit for a goddess/giant hybrid, but I prefer the idea of titans, also from Greek mythology, since they have both size and divinity in addition to a connection to the earth. I bring up these examples because Nakaba clearly has an interest in European folklore with how he's used entities like Cernunnos and Sleipnir as minor enemies. The Purgatory monster angle should be mostly exhausted by now, but the power of Chaos could be used to introduce other more intelligent creatures as well.
Anyway, this was just something that occurred to me recently so I decided to use it to inject some life into this hangout thread.
As a side note, I mentioned Galehaut who is the lord of the so called "Distant Isles", which could perhaps be related to the fated knights from a faraway land mentioned in Bartra's recent prophecy. Another interesting detail is that when Galehaut first invades Arthur's realm he decides, after an initial battle involving Lancelot and Gawain, that he would win too easily with his superior numbers and gives Arthur a year to gather more forces. Judging by Guinevere's prophecies the next timeskip is going to be one year long. Quite a lot of coincidences here.
