I know guide is a special position but I wonder if one has to become a ranker before he/she can be a guide? Hwa Ryun, as a guide, can go any floor, right? (Please correct me if I'm wrong.) Isn't that permission should be granted only to rankers? But it seems to me that she is relatively too...
