of cours it is weaker than 02.... the 2002 team was probably one of the best teams ever(in world cups).
The 94 team was fugly, but it had Romario, who was the best player alive at the time... right now we have neymar, who is still young and even so probably won't peak as Romario did

As i already mentioned before i didn't watch the game ... but yeah i think Howard Webb is a great referee. He is very consistent indeed.
