Penalty was a soft one. VAR seems to have favoured one nation in this WC.... France are relying on set pieces. Croatia are playing actual football whereas the fenchies aren't doing much.

It's not soft, it was a rather easy call, I assume ref took a while checking mostly due to the context of the final.

Watch the slow replays of each event. Free kick shouldn't of been given. Greizman went down with intent. Perisic handball was completely wrong. At that fast pace and movement you cannot intentially handball the ball like that. Even the pundits here in England who want France to win are saying the same thing!

Yeah I agreed on the freekick. A single 45 meters foul is hardly being a favoured nation.

It's not that hard to react at that speed. Regardless, not all penalties come from intent, so it's irrelevant.. Perisic was reckless and his handball heavily changed the course of the play.
