Nope, he is sitting on the roof ( where he fought Naruto? ). A lot of people didn't notice that, though :/

( you can tell that it isn't a wall because of the feet of the lion, they wouldn't make sense otherwise... )

Cool colouring, Yoshimitsu - looks like Sai found the time to colour his beasty ally this time - enemy must've been a small-fry, or he was just practicing
