It looks good. Cell shading looks good on this coloring. It is slightly dark but I guess, you were trying to portray a night scene. So it's fine. Keep up the good work.

ah, well done on the cellshading, esp naruto i think. you could add some more highlights to his hair, but i lurv yout choice of pallette, looks great
