Introduction
I think that I may be underestimating how big a deal Acrinak must be for Zahard himself to show up in person.
Yasratcha explicitly commented on this:
The worst case scenario for Acrinak is that the operation to capture it was an operation that the Commander in Chief of the Army felt the need to personally supervise. The best case scenario is that it's an operation that the King of the Tower felt the need to supervise (that is overruling the Commander in Chief).
I'll consider the worst case scenario.
The Commander in Chief's Supervision
Suppose that before Adori, Zahard himself was the Commander in Chief of the Zahard Army.
So this battle against Acrinak was a battle big enough to be supervised by the Commander in Chief.
Well, per Soo-Oh, the Commander in Chief rarely shows up at the battlefield and mostly just directs battles from Army HQ.
In Adori's case, it may be the case that she has never shown up at the battlefield.
The Nest
At the Nest, the Zahard Army is up against a considerable force from FUG:
The equivalent of 3 Army Corps (the old 4th Army Corps, the new 4th Army Corps and the 5th Army Corps) were even dispatched for this battle.
And yet, it wasn't a big enough deal for Adori to show up even just to supervise the operation.
Instead she dispatched only Maschenny:
We don't know what status Maschenny holds in the Zahard Army, but even if she wields some sort of chief position, she would still be below Adori.
So the Nest just isn't a battle that requires the Commander in Chief to supervise.
That makes the Commander in Chief supervising Acrinak's capture really fucking impressive.
You could actually make the case that Acrinak was evaluated to be a threat greater than the forces of FUG dispatched to the Nest.
Caveats
1. Traumerei was planning on coming to the Nest.
However, that was only slated for after the Princess had already captured the Irregular. So the Army may have expected to best FUG (or at least capture the Irregular) with just the forces they had dispatched already.
2. Perhaps Zahard only supervised Acrinak's capture because the Princesses of Zahard did not exist back then?
This is slightly plausible, because the Princesses were supposedly created to quell discontent with Zahard stopping the climb and having no heir after becoming the King.
However, Zahard's blog post says that some of the Floors were conquered by Zahard's daughters.
Zahard was also already recognised as a King during Genesis, so it's not impossible that the Princesses existed back then.
Conclusions
Maybe I've been underrating Acrinak all along.
It may be in fact superior to the combined FUG forces at the Nest.
If it's to be a countermeasure to the appearance of a Family Leader, it would be.

Yasratcha explicitly commented on this:
Zahard specifically chose to supervise the operation to capture Acrinak. This led Yasratcha to wonder what kind of "great being" Acrinak must be.What kind of great being is in there that the king came out to inspect it and brought this much army with him?
