Lol too bad it got third in last last last weeks SoTW on MangaStream...but the last last week, I got first for this piece theme was "Black and White"

The votes are in, and the winner of the revolution sig contest is nanaDmari!

Similar to nanaDmari's last win, this winning submission makes expert use of the splatter brush. Dissimilar to her last win, she is not using only original art, which is something she is quite often known for using. The use of actual photos in her submission adds to the realism, which especially well with this very gritty subject matter.

"Get ready for revolution" captures the militaristic aspect of revolution quite well. The image has an overlay with colors suggesting military fatigues. The dark splatters both resemble blood and offer commentary on the ambiguity and unrest involved in any revolution. Lives are lost and new ideas are arising from all sides, leaving all those within caught in a dark shroud of confusion and uncertainty.

One can even read a political message out of this. Whether in a war zone or in civilian area, the times are changing. We should all get ready for the revolution that is undoubtedly on the horizon.

Great job, nanaDmari! I found this signature quite deep, and I like how you seem to be experimenting with your artistic choices. I look forward to where your personal revolution leads!

I'm working on my chibi sig right now... it was kind of difficult to choose what to do for this one... there're way too many concepts to use...

I like the Ookami signature aswell. The best thing about it is the way you used the background. I use MH black theme so it's hard for me to see the black text o_o But When I put it on a white layer it looked really awesome. Gj, Farfy.

I have been learning from some tutorials these last few days but the were removed from the host website and I cant find them anywhere now T_T ... I was gonna download them but it looks like I'm too late now.
