You should. For every "atrocities" committed by liberals or left wingers, there's 10 committed by the right wingers.
At this point, I'm trying to expose @Sanity Check and his hypocrisy. No knowledge of politics whatsoever.

I think you misunderstand the word training. I don't mean physical or combat training. I'm talking about de-escalation, negotiation, and whatever else you want to call it. Seeing some police pretty much randomly attack peaceful protesters seems so bizarre since it just means that, that officer or actually other officers will more likely be attacked or Molotov'ed. Of course, we also have the police officers that joined the protests and kept things peaceful but the police's duty is still to intervene in riots and protect citizens and property. I can certainly imagine that the ACAB rethoric has even "the good ones" scared shitless and might drive them to over-reaction and furthering the violence.

I honestly think both sides try to go the easy route: "It's just ANTIFA and there is no legitimate outrage" or "it's a false flag operation and all the agitators are police". Both lead to a lack of discussion about the underlying problems within the police force, within a generation of young people with an anarchistic desire for destruction, within a community that feels helpless and ignored with no other way to make themselves heard. So many tough questions to be asked with even harder answers to be found but instead, it's once again all about the Orange Man.
That's what I mean though, as well. Training them to negotiate or de-escalate (which they can do already with white people) isn't going to do much because they'll still be trigger-happy when coming across Black people. These cops knew how to de-escalate and keep it peaceful, they just didn't want to. They either had a reason for that that'd work against the BLM protesters (which it kinda does) or they just have anger issues and are abusive. The ACAB rhetoric shouldn't scare the cops who CHOOSE to become one knowing the dangers. Especially when protesters were kneeling, had their hands up, or weren't doing anything bad.

I disagree. One side doesn't care about the outrage, they're okay with cops killing Black people and people of color. I saw some usual cop defenders say they realized how Black people feel like in regards to the lockdown protests and how they weren't allowed to go out without masks, even though Black people experience it 1000x worse for no reason. and for the most part, most videos do show cops as the agitators, with white people either helping Black protesters or vandalizing stuff to make the protesters look bad and undermine the protest.

The lack of discussion isn't on the victims though, it's because the police force and their supporters refuse to have that talk. They'd rather blame the victims and say "well if he didn't resist or if she listened," even though both situations didn't stop the murders. THe anarchistic desire didn't come about until the justice system refused to charge the murderer and his accomplices, and even now he's imprisoned for his protection.

The orange man didn't help when he said he gave the orders to have looters shot.

Doesn't seem that hard, especially since he uses memes without any evidence whatsoever. That "looter" pic he just used was the protesters giving the stuff to residents.

And to be honest, I don't think a manga and anime website is the place for proper political discussion.

The officer kneeling on George Floyd's neck is likely a registered democrat.

Minneapolis is a democrat state with a democrat mayor and a police force who likely all vote democrat.

Only democrat cities with democrat leaning mayors were burned and pillaged.

How many black, white supremacists, have you seen in your lifetime?

You don't have to listen to me. But if you don't trust your own eyes, that's an entirely different issue.

What does that have to do with police brutality exactly... The overwhelming majority of major cities in the US have Democratic leadership. People aren't protesting against Republicans, they're protesting against cops killing people with impunity.

Can you prove this? Back it up with evidence that's not memes? Both the officer killing Floyd (most likely a Trump supporter, if not a republican, given how he had no issue with killing a Black man) and only Democrat cities being burned and pillaged? Somehow I feel like you're making that up in your crusade to hate on anything left of center.

Hidden or open white supremacists? Either way, plenty.

Why would I listen to someone who cannot provide proof of anything he says? It's because I trust my eyes that I know not to trust you or take you seriously at all.

@Sanity Check

Trump just called ANTIFA a terrorist organization. He never did that to the people who did mass shootings, or even the neo-nazi rallies. Do you still think he is not racist?

This George Floyd issue handling is proof of Trump's incapability of handling anything. Even Bush would've handled it better. What you do matters, and during situations like now, what you say matter too. Bush wouldn't have spoken divisively. Whatever's happening shouldn't happen, but just saying that this shouldn't happen is ignorance on the fact as to why it is happening. The way is Ahmed Arbery, Amy Cooper and George Floyd. Its 3 incidents at a time when abot 20% of the population is out only. And yet, its happening. This is ridiculous beyond measure.

Good luck trying to convince the right wing of facts. There are few who have been swayed, but still, many will never understand why Trump is a racist or comes off as a racist.

I'm not a believer in the whole idea of "Lesser of two evils" but this situation really makes me want Joe Biden as the next president.

A sitting US Senator thinks it's a good idea to deploy the military to cities and shoot-to-kill. Republicans once again proving they value property over people's lives.

thought its hard to even prove terrorism, most the people will get is burglary, breaking and entering, and arson charges. Surprised, though not surprised theyre not as militaristic towards gun wielding warriors and white american neighborhood samurai , theyre the true terrorists, you know.

You see the difference often, especially in clips from NYC. The cops don't do anything at all if they're outnumbered, even while being heavily armed and armored.

Politics is always lesser of the two evils, whether you like it or not. This is specially true in a two party system. There is no 3rd party. Look at the 3rd party candidates running right now,
Jesse Ventura, nominee for the green party
Justin Amash, nominee for the libertarian party....

Neither of these guys have the track record that'll warrant a majority vote. Jesse Ventura atleast was successfully the governer of Minnesota atleast and is a public personality, and probably make a great opponent to Trump. But 90% of the people will not align themselves with the green party to vote. And even if they do, he'll have no senate or congress support to back them up.

There is no perfect candidate, its Trump or Biden and that's reality.

The same can be argued about left wingers as well..... i know quite a lot of people who align themselves to the right and back up everything with facts, alhtough they wouldn't vote for Trump... The main complain people have about the left is that they talk in terms of emotions and feelings, which is contrary to facts in many arguments as well....

Anyways, Trump gives us enough reasons to prove he is racist, ego maniacal, bigoted and ignorant.... I've never been enraged as much as now, considering how horribly he is treating this issue.

Honestly speaking, Bush was a million times better, he did a decent job of not making the 9/11 a racial issue. He did have shortcomings and plenty as well, but atleast he was shamelessly blatant about it.

I'm not saying there is a perfect candidate. I'm saying that there have been elections where it's a win-lose situation where you knew that said candidate would be a good leader.

This a lose-lose since while Biden may be the lesser of both, he's still corrupt in his own way and has dementia. If I was in the US I still wouldn't vote for Biden however.

I didnt mean ot say you mean't a perfect candidate, i just mean that lesser evils is always a practical one. this is more true specially in developing nations.... And its not a bad thing. In choices, humans choose what hurts them less, than what pleases them, its just human nature. WIth a two party system, the polarization spreads commonality even further. Even the media makes less case of the positives of a candidate, they share the negatives of a character more and more. Social media amplifies that problem so we are only recognizing people by their negative traits, which would mean lesser of the two evils..

I am not sure if Biden is corrupt, but could be. Even if that is the case, he won't be any close to Trump for sure. I think Dementia is a more serious problem which people bring up, and that does in many ways make Trump better, until now. I cant vote for 3 more years till i get the choice of becoming an american citizen, but any reason for not voting for Biden would be outdone by Trump. His current failure to acknowledge the problem should be an eye opener for the people to side with Biden..

They just teargassed the protesters in front of the White House ahead of Trump making a statement in the Rose Garden.... for doing nothing?
--- Double Post Merged, ---

Again, teargas being used against our own civilians when our military isn't even allowed to use it legally in combat.
