My prediction is that Biden won this debate.

The bar was that he does not seem disoriented. He passed that bar. He got some small stuff in. Trump talked over him, but that was annoying quickly and i dont think it benefits him. Trump can play 'the moderator was against me', but that doesnt fly super well with a fox news host.

I dont think biden will receive a huge bump from this, but still, the stake was losing and biden did not lose. If biden is lucky (he played at pennsylvania in the debate), he might see a bump there.

TBH I never expected much of the debates. As in, to anyone who isn't pro trump... would it matter if biden couldn't complete one sentence through this? While I never thought that it was stricly better than mandatory voting (like it is here in Brazil, ages 18-60), this is the first time I think that our system is better.

We know that the "people that don´t care" about politics are the ones that can change the balance in this election, so them MAYBE not showing up is a scary thought.

Sure, they could show up and still fuck up (looks at Brazil), but still, you know that is certain so you only use your time to convice them how good you are, not to convice them to just fucking show up to decide the fate of their fucking country

I don't really agree with mandatory voting. BUT I do think people should behave as if it was mandatory out of sheer principle. Realistically speaking if democrats and independents showed up to vote at the same rate as republicans then the US would be a substantially different country. I'm no Amercian but Imo, I think this debate was pretty much a draw, Both failed in proving some points and both made few good points. They interrupted eachother and insulted eachother. In terms of comedy it's high tier. Honestly i think both are not qualified.

The moderator did his job really good.

I remember the left going ape shit about the possibility of Trump being compromised by Russia and that he should be deposed because he was a puppet or whatnot. They even had a huge investigation that costed 30 million dollars and found pretty much nothing. But now that there is clear evidence of Joe Bidens family taking bribes from Russia all you hear are crickets. No one wants to mention it with even a word!

The bosses cant touch him as long as he is popular without shooting themselves in the foot.

Wallace on the other hand have always hated Trump and always supported the establishment. Which is why he was chosen as the moderator.

That was one of the major thing that Trump managed to nail Biden on in the debates. Biden refused to answer many questions including if he supports black lives mater. Why? Because he want to play it both ways. There are videos out there where he both denounces the protests and other videos where he supports them and where his staff pay money to a bail fund to get rioters out of jail and back in to the streets. Sometimes he wants to defund the police and sometimes he calls himself the greatest protector of the police. The truth is that Biden dont care either way, he just want people to think that no mater their position, he supports them. He really just want power. And because of that he never gives a straight answer on any important question during the debate.

In fact, one of the major reasons why people like Trump is that he always speaks the truth about what he wants to do and then he does it. Even if a lot of people does not like his opinions he will never lie about his opinions to gain favor the way Biden or a "normal" politician would.

As far as I can tell these are guys that show up at far right wing stuff with confederacy flags.... Add to that them showing up at BLM protests while heavily armed, which is just insane. But for arguments sake lets say these guys aren't actually white supremacists. What does it matter within the context of the interview? Trump didn't say "You know chris, these guys aren't actually white supremacists". What we saw is trump's actual response towards right wing militias and white supremacy.

They are extreme far right, neo facist organization which promotes political violence.. They just disguise their values as western instead of saying white but their actions have repeatedly been parallel to white supremacists and have voiced their support to white supremacists groups.
