Yea, this is a hard one. I will have to break it down. There are essentially
*two* major scandals around this. The first is the
Joe/Hunter Biden corruption scandal. The second is the
censorship scandal surrounding it.

CENSORSHIP
Its not strange that you have no idea what the Biden scandal is all about due to the censorship. Essentially, since the story broke two weeks ago, Twitter, Facebook have blocked links to news paper articles about it and banned accounts talking about it. Google have also purged its search results of negative information about the scandal. For that reason it is not strange that you and others on this forum know nothing about it. It went so far that the Senate summoned the three CEO's of those companies to the Senate to answer for it. Here is a short bit of it.
Another type of censorship is that no left wing media is willing to even acknowledge the scandals existence and censors journalist that try to write about it.

Anyway,
the Biden scandal!
In short: Joe Biden is accused and have a lot of evidence indicating the following crimes.
*Bribery: He and his family accepted money and resources from people domestic and foreign in the course of his job as Vice President under Obama. There is a lot of evidence of this from various sources. The latest being a laptop belonging to his son that he never picked up from a repair shop and information, emails and witness statements from one of hunters Business partners called Tony Bobulinsky.
*Corruption: He is accused of selling his office and the American state apparatus to the highest bidder. This is different from bribery as it means he gave something back for the money. Most notably, Hunter Biden and Joes brother (forgot the name) received five million dollars from the wife of the mayor of Moscow (a close friend of Putin) a couple of weeks before Russia invaded Crimea. An invasion where the US stood aside and did nothing btw. There is also evidence that part of this money went directly to Joe ( referred to as the big guy in the mail.) So Joe potentially sold US foreign politics for money. Implied that Putin paid Joes family 5 millions to get the US implicit OK for the invasion.
Hunter also received 5 millions from the Chinese state in forgivable 0% interest loans. (Well, a company controlled by the state) And Hunter negotiated this while traveling to China with his dad on Air force 2. While its not clear what Joe Biden did in return, if you consider that the first thing Trump did in office was to start a much needed trade war with China, maybe China bribed Biden to avoid new tariffs and to leave China alone?
Finally, Hunter Biden served on the board of an Ukrainian gas company called Burisma. Where he received 83k dollars a month despite knowing nothing of the industry, not speaking the language and seemingly not doing any work. But the firm and its owner had a lot of corruption going on and a prosecutor was investigating the company and founder. (That promptly escaped the country.) Joe Biden then intervened with the President of Ukraine and threatened to withhold a 1 billion loan guarantee to Ukraine if the prosecutor investigating his sons company was not fired. (And then he bragged about exactly this on camera later!) Long story short, the prosecutor was fired. A new prosecutor was appointed and immediately dropped all charges against Burisma and its founder. The founder then moved back to Ukraine again.
Might be more, but these are the important part that we know about.
*Compromised: Finally, this one is a bit specific. There is a law that states that no public employ with security clearance should be employed if they do things that compromise them and set them up for black mail. This means that if, say, a CIA agent cheats on his wife or have a lot of gambling debt then that is grounds for being fired. This because there is now someone that has a hook on them. If a foreign security service learns about this then they can black mail them. Joe has a lot of shady stuff in his background that in not exactly illegal, but that he dearly wish that no one in the public should learn about. This means that his business partners in Russia, Ukraine and China could exert pressure on him to get him to rule america in a way they desires that is negative to the public and national interests.
There is a debate whether his law applies to public officials. Because public officials have separate laws that govern what you can get fired for. But it was one of the charges when Bill Clinton got impeached over fucking his intern back in the days.

Hunter Biden:
Hunter is not a politician so he cant be guilty of any of the crimes above. But he has a lot of other problems that have been exposed.
*Money laundering: There are laws against hiding the source of payments out of Russia and China. The FBI is currently investigating him over this and also due to him not paying taxes on his ill gotten gains.
*Drug crimes: Hunter is a crack head. Probably how he forgot to pick up his laptop again from the repair shop.
*Child Porn/Statutory rape: FBI is investing him over videos on his laptop that shows him sleeping with a 15 year old. Also the videos themselves thus constitutes child porn.

All of these crimes will go away however if Joe is elected as the president is immune to all laws except through impeachment. And he can just pardon his son/siblings of any crimes once he is the president.
